Front Door Google Doorbell

Our Google Doorbell lost power sometime in the last month, thinking it was the doorbell I just went out and purchased a new one. We did the install and nothing no light no doorbell chime nothing. Flipped all of the brakers and cannot seem to get power to the doorbell

Assume it is hardwired?
If so the transformer died. Old door bell SB ok
transformer needs replacing. Should replace transformer rated for at least 30VA. 16 or 24 volt transformer with at least 30VA. Google instructions should say what rating is required.

Often google doorbells require a larger transformer than what older doorbells were using. Upgrading the transformer to a 16v 30VA model will provide your doorbell with enough power to maintain the internal battery most likely.
