Some of the times the valve body needs to be replaced. Sometimes the handle is loose so you put some thread locker (blue holds. Red locks) on the screw and tighten with Allen wrench the correct size. Sometimes like my shower there is a sweet spot where the handle closes the valve 100%. It takes time and patience to find it.
