I highly recommend Capitol City Seamless for the great job they did at my house in October 2024. The owner, Josh, and his colleague arrived on the day scheduled, did an excellent job, were very easy to deal with, and were also very tidy and careful. Josh and his colleague replaced all of the eavestroughs and downspouts on my house, clad the fascia with matching aluminum, and installed J-trim on the back of the new eves troughs to compensate for the angled fascia. I also had T-Rex continuous hanger leaf guards installed with the new eavestroughs. This is a small company so when you hire them, the owner is also on the job. 1000% happy with the job. We hired Morissette Contracting to replace two patio doors, and all the siding, soffit and fascia on our home. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable and worked within our budget offering several possible solutions. The job was not done as quickly as if I had gone with a bigger company with a whole crew of people. But let me tell you, that extra time was well worth it! I watched him find the studs for every siding nail he hammered in, and recut pieces that would have been 'good enough' for pretty much anyone else because they didn't measure up to his exacting personal standards. He showed up every day consistently and never disappeared to go work on another project. The job site was left clean each day, and he made a point of keeping me in the loop as to how things were going, if there were any issue/concerns along the way and what was next on the agenda. With Matthew you're getting someone who takes pride in everything he does; a real craftsman, at a fair price.
