In fairness, the owner had a vehicle breakdown and he lost a day to work. We had a rush job that needed to be done because we were listing our house. He sent someone with no experience to do the job. He wanted us to allow the person to work in our home until 11pm. A lot of back and forth until he agreed to come the next day to finish the job. The job did get finished but the quality was poor and there was a lot of clean up that we ended up doing. Nice guy but seems he takes on too many jobs and cant deliver on his committed completion dates.Latest review:Small staining or painting project-

We hired Reid to rebuild our deck, and I can confidently say the experience was smooth from start to finish. What stood out most was his commitment to the timeline and his ability to flex when we wanted to change something — he showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout, and finished the project exactly when promised (which, let’s be honest, is rare in this space). His quote was not only competitive, but there were no surprise costs or upsells halfway through — what he quoted is what we paid. The quality of the work was solid, and he left the site clean and organized each day. If you're looking for someone who respects both your time and your budget, Reid is the guy. Would absolutely hire him again. In fact we did - for a stone pathway project and we will again for more projects.

Mike was considerate, communicative, and took care of everything. The work was clean, he matched the grout quite well, and recaulked everything. I chose Mike because he was actually removing old moldy grout and replacing it, rather than just cleaning it or "treating" it. Hope to see the lasting effects!

Johnny was great to dealing with when he completed 2 jobs for us. One was repairing the walls and painting, including painting the ceiling and the other was removing grass cloth from a bedroom. The grass cloth removal was something no one wanted to do but Johnny took it on no problems and left it like new, with fresh paint and replaced baseboards. He is kind, reliable and considerate.
