I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I have experience applying for building permits, coordinating drawings, and working with municipalities and inspectors to move projects forward properly. I’ve also pulled ESA permits for residential electrical work completed as an owner and successfully passed inspections. My construction experience includes full-house plumbing installations and septic connections, interior framing, drywall, decks, landscaping, and HVAC mini-split installations. I’ve completed small-scale residential electrical work such as pot lights, switches, receptacles, and dedicated circuits (15A, 20A, 30A, and 40A) where permitted. While I do not hold a master electrical or plumbing license, I take on small residential jobs, repairs, and upgrades that are appropriate for the scope, and I ensure work is completed in line with code requirements, permits, and inspections. Licensed professionals are brought in when required. I focus on proper preparation, clear communication, and doing things the right way — not shortcuts. Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. If we gave you an estimate, then we stand by that agreed upon estimate and is the amount that will be required for payment of our services. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate.
