I left a great review after Renocan fixed my water temperature issue however I should have waited a year before writing a review. So we hired Renocan to fix thermostatic cartridge for my shower and they fixed it the first time but they didn't fix it properly. The direction of the handle when fixed was not the same from the original as it went from 9 to 3 instead of 3 to 9 direction. My wife didn't really care for much so I let it slide. Then about 3 months later, water was leaking from the handle. Apparently the washer broke off. He came and fixed it at a fee but noticed the handle movement wasn't as smooth. Then 5 months later my wife was taking a shower and she felt a pop when she turned the handle to change the water temperature. We no longer have cold water. They blame the quality of the thermostatic cartridge for the issue and not their workmanship. I do not recommend Renocan for any work done on plumbing. Mabda (Ben) is a someone you should avoid at all costs. He charged me $350+HST for fixing a sink at a condo I own. I trusted the work would be done and did not follow up to confirm. Buyer beware, the sink was not fixed at all! If he challenges this review, I have receipts showing what I paid, and pictures that show it was never fixed. Stay away!! The best/funniest part is, he flooded my toilet when he was there too just my luck! Read the reviews and don't waste your time. The good ones are probably fake.

-the project took longer than necessary started the work with his son the first 2 weeks then he worked alone for the remaining time -agreement was 50% down and 50% balance upon completion of project -about 1 week after receiving first installation payment every other week he asked to be paid and othertimes he begged that he needed the money -He used the cheapest grade of artificial tarp and used old rusty nails- never secured correctly - he walked away with any excess material that remained from the project. -Latest review:
