I wanted to share our truly amazing experience with Legacy Window & Doors. After careful consideration and doing lots of research, which involved reading so many reviews, (of which theirs were definitely the best I had seen on HomeStars and Google) and also getting quotes from 3 other companies, we decided to hire Legacy to install new high quality Vinyltech windows in our home to replace our old aluminum ones. Firstly, let me say that all the 10/10 reviews for Legacy are spot on... they 100% delivered on sales, service, installation and follow-up! Lincoln was the sales representative that worked with me through every aspect of the process of choosing the right windows for our home at the best possible price. He was patient, considerate, and very professional. He made us feel very comfortable which is what we like... no high pressure sales tactics or anything like that. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions regarding glass type, LoE coatings, best methods of installation, available rebates etc. He was always easily available to contact by text, phone or email, and quickly made any changes or revisions that I wanted as we were deciding on the final product. At one point I had to delay the project to look after a sick family member... he was totally understanding and compassionate... just waited until I got back to him. Many thanks Lincoln... you're the best! The installation and operations team were also just amazing.... Derek, Brennan, Matt, Shane, Allan, Alex and Ethan were easily the most professional tradespeople we've ever had work on our home. They showed up on time everyday, insisted on taking their shoes off when working inside, always cleaned up impeccably at the end of the day, and did an overall phenomenal job putting in all the windows, trim, and a sliding patio door. Their attention to detail and the quality of the work they did was beyond our expectations and really impressed us. They all spoke very highly of their company and how much they enjoyed working there. Our home looks terrific... really glad we chose Legacy Windows & Doors!

He is a Red Seal carpenter and it certainly shows in, not only the outstanding workmanship, but also ensuring the deck and roof are built to code. Brandon was outstanding. The new fence offers the support we wanted when stepping down from the front lawn to the back. He also put in a paving stone to replace the tripping hazard broken concrete, cutting back the metal plate and concrete. He left everything clean and tidy. We also brought him back to plane a kitchen door that wouldn't go over the mat AND fixed the back door lock as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Got a handyman job? Chances are he can help you!!

Needed new countertops in a hurry, installed prior to paint. Pritpal reached out to me within 15 minutes of asking for estimates via Homestars. He asked all the appropriate questions and sent samples via text. I was given the option to bring in my own plumber or use his crew and chose to give him the entirety of the work. From the time I picked the laminate to completion of installation took less than 48 hours. Had a few minor cabinet issues he also addressed while on site. Couldn't be happier with him and his guys. Will definitely work with them again in the future.
