Payam and team were absolutely fantastic! Reached out to them for a 25 linear foot fence with 2 gates. They also replaced and re-fitted a downspout which was in the way of where we wanted the fence. The Job was done on schedule and no surprises on costs. Highly recommend and will definitely hire again for other projects.

I had an older style crank window that was broken. It was repaired even though it was not easy. The work was done properly and he would not leave until it was perfect. He managed to repurpose some parts he had to make it fit my window as parts are no longer available for this style window. Anyone else would have said it was unrepairable. The price was very reasonable considering the time and effort spent to fix. He also recommended new windows with very competitive rates. We highly recommend Bevan and the team at Juniper Development Group. We recently completed a renovation that included interior, exterior and structural alterations to our property and our experience was outstanding. The scope included Interior: demo, drywall, flooring, custom doors + Exterior: balcony rebuild, retaining wall reconstruction, stamped concrete, & metal/glass railings. One of the things that stood out was they were always on time, communicated well, and kept the job site tidy, an aspect that both us and our neighbours appreciated. Bevan listened carefully to our ideas and offered helpful advice throughout the project. When unexpected issues arose, like the balcony and roof issue that was discovered, Bevan promptly addressed them, ensuring the repairs were done correctly which can be complicated on 100 year old homes. What impressed us most was the level of care and attention to detail. Bevan managed the project efficiently, keeping us informed daily/weekly and made sure we stayed within budget. Even when a temporary tarp blew off during a storm, they were there within an hour, fixing it in the pouring rain. Overall, our experience with Juniper was excellent. Bevan is a contractor who values communication, integrity, and quality work. We've already referred him to multiple friends/clients. He is now our go-to for everything house related.

Job well done! They completed a very tedious Costco play structure with multiple pieces. Very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Although Declan was hired initially only for flooring, I expanded the scope of the project as he stated he was a GC. I was disappointed with the work. He was onsite for a few minutes some days and late a lot, even though we planned our meetings around my work schedule. The flooring/stairs was below standards I would expect from other contractors I worked with. Top nosing broke and tenant fell. He didn't even respond to texts or offer repair. He eventually agreed to refund 25% owing on the flooring as I would need to get someone else in to fix this but he never refunded this back. His subcontractor came 3 times and did not fix the stairs. Left the stairs unglued with my tenant's mover and my handyman tripping and falling. Ikea kitchen installer he hired left all boxes thrown in a closet. I was told that as he did not buy the kitchen, he did not have to dispose of them. Came back and cleaned poor grout lines and some grout was even missing. Left open drywall behind stove (not code).
