In the corner of my kitchen sink, looks like water is pooling around the drain. Drain is behind the kitchen cabinet and behind a hole where the kitchen pipe is connected, so I can’t see where the leaking is coming from. Is this an easy fix?

I want to replace my bypass humidifier and thermostat with something that performs better, and has an outdoor connect for automatic control. My house it 2000 square feet. Do you have any recommendations for the products to use?
