We are a 50 year old family business established in 1967 that specializes in the installation and service of Gas Furnaces, Central Air Conditioning, Gas Boilers, Hydronic Furnaces, Tankless Hot Water, Hot Water Tanks, Humidifiers, Air Cleaners and Custom Ductwork.
Boiler system was red-tagged by Enercare. Enercare were unable to assist with addressing the problem they had caused (strange and definitely not what their advertising says). Tenants were cold. Marnie and her people at Convertible did a great job getting people on-site right away, removing the old boiler, and getting a new combo boiler/hotwater tank system installed so that the heat and hot water were restored and the tenants able to live comfortably again. D & S Renovations completed my much needed basement renovations due to the floods of 2023. I was able to have open communication on a daily basis. Therefore I knew where the project was at and when to expect trade individuals into my home. They were very flexible with adjustments I requested and let me know of any additional safety issues they discovered along the way. Was able to stay on projected budget which was very important to me. Any deficiencies I questioned were promptly looked into and amended accordingly.
