I wanted 3 heat pumps cleaned. I wasnt asked where they were located and one is in the stairwell and requires a ladder. Technician couldnt reach with his ladder however he was pleasant understanding and going to go back to office and see about solutions. Although work was not completed -at my request as I need it all done not partial- he was pleasant, answered all my questions and as helpful as he could be under circumstances. D & S Renovations completed my much needed basement renovations due to the floods of 2023. I was able to have open communication on a daily basis. Therefore I knew where the project was at and when to expect trade individuals into my home. They were very flexible with adjustments I requested and let me know of any additional safety issues they discovered along the way. Was able to stay on projected budget which was very important to me. Any deficiencies I questioned were promptly looked into and amended accordingly.
