I had Basement Systems Vancouver do a complete encapsulation of my dirt crawl. They removed all debris, levelled any high spots, and even cleared out a lot of the dead spiders and cobwebs from the floor joists. All work completed was exactly as advertised and no extra charges on the quoted invoice. I would recommend to anyone dealing with a damp and dirty crawl space. There is no more smell when opening the access hatch and my floors are warmer with substantially less heat loss.

Greg was terrific. Very knowledgeable, honest, reasonable price, quick service. I would recommend him to everyone. And I will. We have a tile roof. Another quote said our roof was installed wrong and we needed a new one for approximately $40,000 to $50,000. The other option they gave was for a 20 foot by 30 foot heavy duty tarp which would be replaced every few years. Then they reduced it to $2500.00 to fix a skylight leak and a plumbing stack leak. Greg came and said there was skylight leak and a plumbing stack leak and that the roof was installed properly and it was good for another 30 years. $830.00. Although our roof was not leaking it was past it's 20-year lifespan. A recent wind storm pushed the tiles over the edge, leaving them peeling with shrapnel around the property. With winter already setting in we wanted the roof repaired right away. Not only was the quote from John lower than all others, he didn't try to up-sell anything, and even provided extras where he felt necessary. His crew were available to start the job the following week and had it completed in the expected 2-day window the weather was giving. Throughout the whole process John kept us updated with numerous progress photos. The site was kept clean throughout the whole process with protection for our siding and landscaping. I've worked with 3 other contractors over the years and they all changed personality throughout the work, leaving us with regret. But not John. Tone of Midas are just amazing at their job. Very professional, courteous of others who are living in the house and extremely hard-working, they completed the job within the timeframe they promised. The attention to detail is next level. We are very happy with the quality of the finish of our walls. They rolled more coats wherever necessary to ensure all the walls had the perfect finish. One item of note is how clean and neat they kept the worksite at all times and were careful of the floors and appliances.
