He phoned and canceled the day he was to start. I was understanding and we postponed by a few days. That was the start of 14 more cancelations over the course of the job. I was very patient and he had many excuses to cover his behind. My 3 week job took 5 months to somewhat complete. The cabinets look nice but the completion was lacking. The backsplash was crooked and we had to get him back to fix. The electric outlet s were not put back on. The silicon around the countertops is crooked. I could go on and on. I think you get the message. I feel bad for him and can't understand how he could possibly have repeat customers ( which he claims he has) I really tried to give him the benefit
