Finer Edge did an amazing job. In addition to some painting, we had alot of old gumwood and new wood that needed to be stained/refinished so that it would match. Other companies wouldn't take on the work or wanted an exorbitant fee, but Finer Edge knew how to do the job efficiently and well so that the fee ended up being much more reasonable than anyone else and it looks terrific. They are professional, courteous and competent.

Finer Edge completed a few jobs for us (painting/correcting of walls, stairs, wainscotting and adding new baseboards). They did a fabulous job and made recommendations on what type of paint to use and also recommended on what to refinish and not refinish. This is rare in the contracting industry as everyone tends to say 'yes' to everything even if it's not the right thing for the material and client. Vince was very accomodating and friendly and we felt comfortable from the 1st day. They made one minor mistake but rectified it quickly and apologized. I would definitely recommend Finer Edge. You will not be disappointed.

We needed major plastering repairs to the interior of our house, as well as painting. I'm a stickler for perfection, and know that high-quality prep work makes all the difference to the outcome of the finished job. The Finer Edge crew were extremely professional, hard working and polite. Despite the amount of dust that this kind of repair can generate, the inconvenience to my family was kept to a mimnimum, and the crew completely cleaned up after each day's work. They worked long days and completed the contract a day ahead of schedule. I will certainly use Finer Edge on my next house painting project, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality interior painting. Steve

Since being widowed 7 years ago I have found it very difficult to undertake any project. It is also very hard to have anyone enter into your home and have faith that they will deliver what they promised. That was, of course, before I came into contact with Finer Edge. They were responsive, highly professional from quote to completion and did a beautiful job making my home look new again. They were very accommodating to work around me and the fact that I wasn't able to prepare quite as much as I would have liked. They also made sure that the house was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day and upon completion. They were not the cheapest company but you truly do get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them to anyone....they will not disappoint.

Recently, we brightened up our home with the help of Finer Edge Painting & Improvements. We started off well when Shane Mahoney, Production Manager, was able to help with wise colour choices. His three man team headed by Eben did an excellent job for us. At the end of each day they cleaned & vacuumed so that we were able to use the areas where they had been working. We were pleased that the men worked quietly & efficiently, resulting in only minor changes in our lives as 4 full days of painting progressed. Since we started using Finer Edge several years ago, we have been consistently very satisfied from, estimate to completion.

Our water damaged dining room wall had a complicated finish involving paint with clear lacquer stripes. Finer Edge matched the colour perfectly. On completion you can not distinquish the repaired wall from the others. The Kitchen part of the project was straight forward. The painters were professionals in the best sense of the word.

As an Interior Design Firm we must rely on trades to represent our firm and our desire to please the client and give them the best possible service. We know we can always count on Finer Edge Painting and Improvements for this service. They are outstanding in terms of there professionalism, work ethic and final results. Finer Edge painted the exterior of our home this summer and came back to do a small interior job following some water damage. Whether the job was big or small, they were exceptional in all respects - work, attitude and respect for our home and kids. We will ask them back for our next project.

I had a lot of wood work painting as well as work on several interior doors. The work was excellent and the daily clean up appreciated. The crew was always on time and in uniform.
