Finer Edge Painting & Improvements reviews (1382)

We needed Finer Edge to come quickly and paint 2 walls (that's it). We called on a Sunday and someone called us back within a few hours. They showed up Monday morning and were, as always, outstanding. We have used them before for larger jobs and they are always amazing. They are professional, clean, timely and the paint job is consistently outstanding. We know it was expensive for two walls, but it was worth it! We would definitely use Finer Edge again and recommend them to others.

I have been working with Finer Edge for over 20 yrs. That in itself is a tribute to their customer service and workmanship. I contacted Bill after I read an article about him in a local neighbourbood paper. He was described as honest, easy to work with and just a nice guy! All true. They always go above and beyond and they are a pleasure to work with.

Finer Edge did exactly what they were asked to do quickly and reasonably. They do all our home improvements for us. They have done jobs for us every couple of years and we are completely satisfied. They are highly recommended.

This is the fourth time we've painted the exterior of our home and the first time we've used Finer Edge. Their prep work was unbelievable and far, far better than any other painters we've ever experienced. They took their time and scraped, sanded, removed hardware (peep holes, weather stripping)and primed before painting. I am only sorry we haven't used them before as our woodwork would now be in much better condition than it is. They are very professional and started and finished on time. I highly recommend this company! UPDATE: I have had Finer Edge back to do two interior jobs since the first time I used them and they have not disappointed me. They are consistently top notch and I would not hesitate to use or recommend them again.

This is the third time we have hired A Finer Edge painting and we've never been let down. They are the utmost of professionals in the business and they really take pride in their work. They are quick, conscientious, and do a great job. If there is something that you want rectified, they are always very accommodating. We felt so comfortable with them in our past two experiences, this time we left them the keys and went on a trip. When we returned, it was like our home was brand new again! Beautiful job with very little to nitpick. They were also very accommodating to fit within our schedule and (as always) got the job done on time. My only complaint is as I recommend them to all of my friends (and they recommend them to their friends), I'm afraid one day that they'll be too busy for the next job I want them for! But so far, they have a great team and a large base of very professional painters, so this doesn't seem to be a problem... We were pleasantly surprised to hear that they do home renovation work as well. We will definitely consider them given their stellar painting service when it comes time to finish our basement.

My husband and I will never paint again! This company is consistently excellent. They have worked in my house on several occasions and I have always been completely satisfied. Their customer service and workmanship are exceptional.

Finer Edge staff completed the work on-time and on budget. The employees were knowledgeable, experienced people. They were professional and courteous. The crew was neat, clean and conscientious. I would use Finer Edge again (in-fact they're returning for a second job in four weeks). I would recommend Finer Edge to my friends and family. It was a job well done!!

Once again Finer Edge did a great job. They finish on time as promised. The staff were friendly and professional. Their suggestions on clour were very helpful. They were willing without comment to correct any minor areas that were missed.

The Project Manager did a pre-site inspection and we discussed the project deliverables and requirements. They were very helpful in consulting on s few of the issues (e.g. high sky lights, trim in the solarium, painting the metal railings, feature wall). The Project Manager visited the site regularly. The painters were excellent, communicated well and cleaned up at the end of each day to ensure minimal disruption to the family. The results completely changed the look of the house.
