    squirrel Issues

    Always a pleasure dealing with Gates Wildlife animal control. Customer service is outstanding. Arrive on time, take complete control of the situation which can be very daunting for people downtown where animal infestations are rampant. This was a big job as we had multiple entry points. Thank you David for assessing the issue, providing a quote and completing the work immediately. Incredibly efficient and such a pleasure to deal with. They also followup to ensure the issue has been resolved. Fantastic service and would highly recommend them for any similar issues.

    Always a satisfied customer

    I have used Gates Wildlife Control for over 12 years now, from raccoon removal, squirrel removal, mice removal to bird removal services and repairs to the home to prevent repeat visitors. We have always been completely satisfied and they stand behind their workmanship. I would definitely recommend Gates Wildlife Control to anyone in need of any animal control services. I was so happy with their last visit that I treated them to lunch. AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!

    starlings

    grate belonging to kitchen vent had fallen off, leaving lovely round space, and birds quite quick to spot a potential dry nesting place ... too early, as yet, however, family in process of moving in, along with all their twigs and branches ... wonderful racket throughout as the starlings seemed to be throwing a nest-warming party ... Joel and Patrick (arrived early) , and cleaning out the space ... installed new grill & grate, and is looks quite bird-proof, so it does .... sound & prompt work, and very pleased ...

    humane removal of racoons in the roof

    I heard racoons in the ceiling and called Gates. They booked an appointment and removed the racoons within 72 hours of my initial call (on a weekend). They were professional, courteous and prompt. I highly recommend!

    Squirrel Removal

    My senior citizen parents had a squirrel in the kitchen vent. I contacted Gates Wildlife as they were recommended by the Toronto Wildlife Centre. Nick was dispatched to assess the situation and he handled everything perfectly. Nick was considerate of the squirrel and patient with my parents. He went above and beyond as he had to come indoors to check the vent and remove the squirrel nest. Nick did an amazing job - we highly recommend using Gates if you have a similar situation, and we definitely suggest you ask for Nick! Thank you for evicting our kitchen squirrel squatter safely!

    Squirrel in Kitchen Vent

    We heard scratching coming from microwave vent and then the microwave fan wasn't working. Called Gates and arranged a visit within 48 hrs. They sent Nick Parkin to assess the situation. He investigated the vent from outside to check if there were any adult or baby squirrels in the vent. The curved venting system prevented him from seeing deep enough. Nick explained and asked if he could come inside to check further. After removing a portion of the vent he discovered a large nest and was able to remove it and all the debris. Once completed the microwave fan worked. Nick was very efficient and considerate of the wildlife and our situation. Thank you Nick. Will definitely recommend.

    Pest control—squirrel removal

    Prompt, courteous service for removal of a live squirrel from our fireplace. He was a challenging critter but he survived. Everyone is happy.

    squirrel problem

    Joel was very helpful and polite, not to mention good at his job. He not only came back twice but didn't charge me for a follow-up. Very happy with this company.

    Squirrels in the attic

    We heard a critter in our attic and called Gates who were able to come to the house in a timely manner. They were up on the roof in no time and quickly identified the entry point - installing a one-way device to let the squirrel(s) leave but not get back in. In a couple of days, they returned and sealed everything up properly. The worker was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also felt reassured that there's a warranty on the work and they will return if anything goes wrong.

    Raccoons in chimney

    Raccoons broke though our chimney top screen and got into the chimney. Called AAA Gates Wildlife Control and got rapid service. Joel came and quickly assessed the problem and dealt with it. He returned a few days later to remove the one-way door from the chimney and to install a permanent screen on it. Joel was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He also advised installation of other screening on some vulnerable points on the roof which we had him do.
