    Squirrel Gone!

    A squirrel had decided our soffit would be a good place to bed down in the cold, and we didn't want it to make its way to the attic, if it hadn't already. An appointment was made, and Peter from Gates was able to come on an earlier day. He went up on the roof looking for points of entry, eventually locating an opening in the soffit. He installed the one-way exit, which was speedily used, because the next time we heard noise, it was from a grey squirrel trying unsuccessfully to get back into the soffit (probably to get at the peanut butter used to lure it out). After 4 days, Gates came back to remove the one-way door, and to close the opening in the soffit with wire mesh. He even secured another potential entry for us. Thank you, AAA Gates Wildlife Control

    Raccoon removal went quickly and smoothly.

    I emailed Gates overnight and the next morning I received a call to set up an appointment to assess the situation. Within the same day I had a representative at my door and within minutes I had an assessment and a quote. After accepting the quote the representative got to work right away and it within an hour they were finished the job. The Rep came back a couple days later to check if the raccoons had left and then closed up the trap door. Since then we've had no issues (it's been just under a week now).

    Quick and professional

    Called with urgent problem. Solutions made sense. Professional staff. No commitment for visit. Only a confidant business does that.

    Pest removal

    Peter from Gates was prompt ,friendly and professional. He explained the removal process and the solution in preventing the issue from happening again.

    Wildlife Removal

    Professional, courteous, 6 minutes late but called ahead to advise on arrival time (don't see that too often). Detailed inspection of various areas vulnerable to vermin entry while patiently explaining process and critter psychology - pretty educational stuff.

    Squirrels in attic

    I had squirrels in my attic and I was referred to AAA Gates Wildlife Control by my brother who used them years ago. I called them for a quote and was immediately happy with how quickly they were prepared to come to my house and fix my issue- even working through feet of snow and record cold temperatures. Joel arrived on time; he was respectful and efficient, and not to mention friendly. He explained what needed to be done and went straight to work. In a couple of days the squirrels were no longer a problem. Joel sealed the holes in the roof and gave me advice which was greatly appreciated. I can see why this company has been in business for 35 years, I would highly recommend them!

    Quickly evicted the uninvited Squirrel family

    Woke up on Monday to squirrels in our roof. Quick call with AAA and they responded the next day and by Friday ... well the squirrel family is gone!

    Squirrel in Bathroom Exhaust Fan Duct

    We noticed the bathroom exhaust fan cover was broken and could hear something inside. Gates were very responsive via email, came within a day to diagnose the issue (squirrel) and set a safe way for the animal to escape and not get back in. They promptly followed-up in a few days to place a better barrier. They did this in -20 C weather! It is our second time using them, and we will have them back anytime. They

    Raccoons in the chimney

    The five star rating is well deserved. I had raccoons settling in our chimney. I called Gates Wildlife for help. Joe arrived early next morning to assess the situation. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us some options on how to proceed. We went ahead with all his recommendations and the raccoons were humanely removed. I highly recommend Gates Wildlife thank you.

    Squirrel Removal

    Nick has been fantastic with our squirrel issue. Last year, my husband used a competitor with a squirrel issue at one of his rental properties. The service he paid for was a bit sketchy and very costly. I decided to try someone else, and we're both really glad that we did! Nick showed up the next day after we placed the initial call. He explained what he was going to do, answered our numerous questions and came back more than once to check on the situation. He is extremely professional and we would definitely recommend Gates Wildlife to anyone with a squirrel issue. Thank you for helping us with our squirrel eviction. :)
