    Squirrels will now have to find a new home

    Squirrels had entered the attic through a roof vent. Chris arrived promptly found where they had entered, sealed off all the roof vents and toilet venting pipes leaving the one vent with a one way door until all squirrels had exited, came back and finished the job. I am very satisfied with the work performed.

    Squirrels

    Quick response to my initial request. Determined squirrel entry points into home. Recommended 2 step solution on site. Follow up 4 days later to confirm issue resolved. Simple, effective! Thanks for your help! Recommend company to others.

    Squirrel in chimney

    Tyler was very calm, patient, and professional. He was very responsive and helpful, and did not mind coming over everyday until the problem was fixed. This company offers competitive pricing compared to the other ones I researched, and they provided SAME DAY service which was amazing, because when there is an animal in your house, you need same day service! We loved our experience with Tyler and would definitely recommend this service to everyone looking for a humane removal of animals and friendly staff.

    Incredible Customer Service

    I had solid experiences with this company in the past where they helped us prevent squirrels from burrowing into our stucco window. Recently, I found out in certain situations the “Free In-Person Estimate” is subject to a $125 inspection fee if they are unable to humanely resolve the issue. Brad from AAA Gates Wildlife Control, however, was amazing. He helped refund the fee and said he would work on better informing clients about this fee moving forward. I highly recommend!

The service call is charged when a caller is not sure if they have mice or an active wildlife problem but want their house inspected to be sure. It is explained over the phone that our charge to inspect the house will be $125 and they then decide if they want us to come out.     Inspection and advice re. pest control

    I really thought I had a squirrel in my attic; I could hear it in my office for days. I could hear it scratching and thought it sounded larger than mice and smaller than a raccoon. Tyler came to check out the problem. I live in a townhouse. He inspected all the roofs of the 5 attached units and couldn't find anything. Actually, he thought it could have been the end unit where something could have been coming in and making its way through all the adjoining attics, then into my attic. A few days after he left I heard squeaking in the attic and I thought for sure that squirrel had babies. Tyler and Andrea (Customer Service) both told me it could not be babies in late Nov. I didn't believe them. Once I managed to speak to the neighbors in the end unit, I called Tyler back. He came back, even though he was pretty sure there wasn't much he could do. He checked the roofs again and spent some time talking with me and the neighbor and giving us some good advice. Eventually he said it could be mice. Well, as it happens, it was indeed mice! Ugh, they were making the squeaking sounds. So my mistake was calling "wildlife control" when I really needed "pest control". Wow, those mice sound much bigger when they're scratching on the ceiling above my head. Anyway Tyler was great, but mice are not something they handle. If I ever do have a real "wildlife" problem I will for sure call AAA Gates again.

    Animal Removal & Roof Repair

    Chris from Gates did an excellent job. Diagnosed and explained the problem clearly. Answered all my questions, Addressed the problem and did a few extras at no charge. Very customer focused.

    Pest proofing

    Great service and follow up. Squirrels and racoons in the attic are no longer a problem. The service technician was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend AAA Gates!

    Wildlife control

    Excellent service and work. Quickly diagnosed and solved the issue. Very thorough and made sure the repairs would solve the current issues and any future issues. Made recommendations that would save me money rather than make them more money. Would highly recommend.

    Raccoon in Attic

    Had found a big gap between house and the soffit realizing that Racoon was getting into the attic. This was just before the thanksgiving long weekend. Had put in a quote request with Gates Wildlife in the evening requesting someone to provide a quote. Had a response next morning with confirmation of day and time someone would be out to give me a quote. Tyler showed up on time inspected the area provided a quote and proceeded to get issue rectified within the hour. I choose Gates Wildlife because of their humane approach to resolve the issue. Tyler even provided suggestions on preventive measures. I am very happy I contacted Gates and pleased with the service. Highly recommend this company

    Service

    After being recommended by my Sister who was most satisfied with Gates work on her home, I referred my Mother-in-Law to Gates, so I am responding on her behalf as we are using my Email account. She had a compromised roof vent (totally damaged), obviously by a racoon. We contacted Gates, and they responded, with a home inspection within 24 hours(less actually). Peter evaluated the situation, and submitted a very fair cost to perform the work, which also included covering all of the other roof vents with screens. While he was there he addressed the immediate issue with the compromised vent installing a one way entry for the racoon to get out, but not back in. He returned 2 days later to complete the work. Peter was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We would highly recommend Gates, and needless to say Gates reputation speaks for itself. Great Job Gates, thank you so much. My Mother-in-Law is again a happy camper.
