    Gates Wildlife found what others could not!!

    One early fall morning I heard loud banging noises coming from under the floor in the mud room attached to the back of our house. this is not a new issue... two previous years I had hired a different company and thought the problem was solved as identified as "mice that were getting in somehow". This time, I wanted to try a new company and found AAA Gates on Homestars. I emailed them and actually had same day visit from David... who by the way was great. Told David the issue and he inspected the outside perimeter and had to agree there was no entry point that he could see. David then said he wanted to check out our neighbour's backyard - who is attached (semi detached). David came back and found the issue... RACCOONS! they were digging from under my neighbour's deck to under my mud room... David placed a one-way door and over the next few days came back to monitor. The raccoons had exited and were not able to come back... it's been a few weeks now and all clear! Wanted to thank Gates' team for their fast response to my issue and the incredible skill to find this issue. So happy to have found this company!!! Really recommend Gates and their service, follow up, and overall integrity!

    Wire Mesh Installation / Preventative Measures

    My neighbour had a raccoon problem in their attic and call AAA Gates Wildlife Control. I saw the service truck parked on their driveway and spoke to Chris the senior technician on the call. He was very professional and helpful in providing me with a very reasonable quote to wire mesh all my roof vents as a preventative measure. He completed the work on my property right after finishing up with my neighbour. I even got a discount since the company don't have to make a separate trip out to service my call. Based on the professionalism exhibited by Chris and the excellent work done from what I can observed, I would highly recommend AAA Gates Wildlife Control.

    Awesome Professional Approach

    They do awesome job and very professional guys. Specially Justin whom I met personally looks very experienced. Appointments are also easily available. Their approach is to solve the animal problem of customers and do as much as they can for that. very Friendly people.

    Wildlife removal

    Thank you Gates for safely and quickly removing the red squirrel that had moved into my attic. I love wildlife. Sharing my home with them however is not an option. He/she or they were safely evicted from my attic quickly and efficiently via a one way door. The weather is perfect for the critter to set up a new home in the great outdoors. Great job, thank you!

    Squirrel removal and exclusion

    Squirrels had chewed their way into the attic of our older house. We had used Gates' service about 8 years ago when we had a raccoon problem, and were very pleased with the result so we called them again. Brad came out the next day & applied some screening and fixed the metal work that was loose to keep them from accessing the wood & installed a one-way door to allow them to escape. A few days later, he closed the door up. It's been quiet since! Great service and a quality job! Would recommend him to anyone!

    Remove squirrels from roof.

    Responded to my email quickly. Came on time. Diagnosed the problem. (A missing brick let the squirrels in.) Explained the plan. A temporary door was put it. The squirrels left. Now the hole is blocked off. Done. Blake was friendly and efficient. I’m happy and sleeping better.

    Great Squirrel Removal Service

    Chris did a great job of assessing the situation, presenting the options, and then getting to work right away. Installed a one way door. solved the problem immediately. Came back to remove the door and make sue the problem was solved to my satisfaction. Can't ask for better service.

    Amazing and Fast Service for Bird Nest and Raccoon Control

    The Gates Wildlife Control representative Blake arrived promptly at the appointed time. He assessed the bird nest and raccoon issues quickly and called me right away (since I was offsite). Blake has patiently walked me through the issues and solutions over the phone and got the work done and sent me clear pictures right after as well. I am so thankful that I chose to use your company's service as you are truly as good as your rating shows. Thumbs up for your team and for great professionals like Blake!

    Issue with racoons

    While we love animals, we were concerned about the pitter-patter of animals in our attic which was a disturbance at night. We called Gates Wild life control and had Chris come over. He was very friendly and reassuring. He also came back a couple of times to follow up. The second time was when we re-shingled our roof, to ensure that the vent protections were put back properly.

    Raccoons removal and preventive work on deck

    We had a large family of raccoons living under our deck since it was not sealed off when built by the previous owner of our house. We found Gates Wildlife on HomeStars and decided to give them a call based on the many positive reviews we read. Brad responded very quickly to provide us with a quote based on pictures that we sent and came to our house within the week to perform an assessment prior to the start of work. Brad explained to us what needed to be done in detail and answered all our questions. From speaking with Brad, we could tell that he genuinely loves and respects all wildlife so we knew that the family of raccoons would be safe in relocating to their new home. Brad and his team efficiently sealed off all entrances to the underside of our deck, installed a one way door and came back a few days later to ensure that no raccoons were left behind before removing the one way door and sealing off that area. We are very appreciative of the great work that Brad and his team did. Thanks!!!
