    Red Squirrel Removal

    After another company failed to find squirrel entry points, Chris from Gates Wildlife came and for this we are grateful. He was professional, courteous and was able to find multiple entry points into our home. A couple of one way doors and steel vent covers and the problem was solved. I would not hesitate to recommend Gates Wildlife to anyone. Great job, Chris!

    Pigeon control

    Pigeons roosting on roof. Installed 'spikes' to prevent recurrence. very polite technician, explained everything before and after with a follow up call. Also head office very polite in all communication verbal and written.

    Squirrel Removal

    Pleased with final outcome, removal and peaceful nights now. Would have preferred job done during first visit with one invoice instead of two. Pete was very pleasant and thorough. Thanks!

    Raccoon removal

    Brad and Cassandra were both professional and very courteous. They explained in detail what needed to be done to safely remove our little raccoon friend who had taken residence under our backyard deck :) They returned 2 days later to remove the one-way door they had set up for the raccoon and I'm pretty sure they even fixed our gate door hatch that I was meaning to fix before they left :) Thank you Brad and Cassandra for the awesome work.

    Racoon damage

    Had been hearing some noises for a couple months on our lower roof. Saw piles of poop out our bedroom window on such lower roof. Noticed roof vent tampered with/broken. Nick very professional and nice came and put on a trap door/peanut butter trap, came back week later and finished the job! Easy, efficient and done!

    Red squirrel removal

    Blake did a great job getting red squirrels out of my attic. Will only use Gates for future problems. I had called Gates back in May about this problem but because they could not come immediately I ended up using another firm which was a complete waste of money since they could not find any entry points in roof. Blake found 4 in less than 10 minutes.

    East York - Raccoon Problem

    We called AAA Gates Wildlife Control for the Raccoon problem in our East York home. Joel was dispatched and he was excellent. He was experienced and knowledgeable, answered my many questions. Hopefully won't have to use the company again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call. Scott

    Fabulous customer service

    When we heard animal sounds in our attic, I messaged three companies and Gates responded immediately in a friendly, professional manner. David came and looked after our problem, and explained everything very clearly. It’s been 4 months and no reoccurrence. Gates is great!

    Very prompt, great communication, courteous team.

    We had a raccoon investigation in our fairly large and decaying chimney that was becoming difficult to ignore. Gates was able to send someone same-day who managed to do a thorough patch job and humane removal of the raccoons, plus followup visits to ensure successful removal.
