    Raccoons Gone!

    I couldn’t be more pleased with AAA Bates. Chris was our friendly / knowledgeable and punctual technician. After he climbed onto the roof and searched through the attic to assess the situation, we discussed his plan and Chris proceeded to NEATLY fit all of my roof vents and potential openings with protective screening and a one way door. A couple of days later, he returned and nicely removed 4 baby raccoons from my attic. He placed them outside where they were reunited with mom the same night. Chris removed the one way door, sealed up the opening to prevent their return and finished up the job. It’s been a few weeks and there is no sign of raccoons. Excellent / highly recommended and worth EVERY penny. This is the kind service we all hope for when hiring a company which is so hard to find nowadays.

    Squirrel gone in hours!

    Review is for work done January 2019. AAA Gates Wildlife Control was recommended by a neighbour and I am thrilled to have called them. Joel arrived on time (early in fact!) and listened carefully to my description of the problem. Quickly he found the point of entry, took photos and examined the rest of the site to ensure there was only one entry point. The trap was installed and 2 hours later, the squirrel was out! Joel noticed my chimney cap was askew and -unasked - fixed it on the spot. What a professional representative of the company. Thank you Joel. Thank you AAA Gates Wildlife Control.

    Professionalism - TOP NOTCH Service

    Absolute professionalism from the initial phone call requesting information (and subsequently booking appointment) to the appointment and ensuing work. The technician sent (Jake) was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were left with a feeling of confidence that allowed us to proceed and have ALL of the recommended work done to solve our squirrel problems. It is a great relief to have made contact with Gates albeit we hope to not require their services at this house again!!! Great work Gates WC - a real professional organization.

    Efficient and friendly

    I have nothing but high praise for Gates Wildlife control. From my initial call to book my appointment, to Joel coming and doing a full walk around and explaining and showing me what need to be done. as well as the follow up :) . hopefully i won't have to call them again.. but if the little critters come back i know exactly who to call without hesitation !! thank you again wellesley

    Project GTFO

    What a great experience! I was referred from a friend after my wife was commiserating about our unwelcome guests in the attic. For a couple months now, we were not sleeping in our master bedroom due to the scratching and walking we were hearing during sunrise and sunset. I was waking up daily at 5:30am every morning just so that I could let them know that it was time to get out. As soon as I got home from the BBQ, I took a look at their website and their knowledge and experience was undeniable. I got a kick out of watching their videos and knew they could help me with my problem. After filling out some quick questions, their support staff contacted me in less than 24 hours and we had an honest discussion about my concerns. In less than a week, Pete came by and within 10 minutes, he was able to tell me how they got in and what he was going to do about it. Pete was great to work with and was a true professional. He took the time to walk me through the repairs, the cost and the payment options. After approving the work, he was detailed and efficiently completed the job in less than 40 minutes. Pete even visited a week later just to access the success of his work. This kind of care really shows their expertise and knowledge. This is quality service at it's finest and worth every penny we paid. Thanks again to everyone on your team to giving us our home back!

    My un-paid tenants are GONE!

    Pete...You are a consummate PRO. From start to finish...you explained everything so I could understand. My unpaid tenants have vacated and my house is now quiet at night. THANKS SO MUCH.

    Raccoon Issue

    Four years ago, Chris quickly and successfully remove a raccoon from our attic , we immediately called Gates again when signs of another one in our shed became apparent this summer. Within a day of calling Gates, Chris showed up at our door and we were happy to see him since he was great the first time we used the service. He inspected our yard and gave us a number of suggestions for our shed, fencing and deck to discourage raccoons and how to safely deal with the latrine left by the raccoon. Chris' knowledge and straightforward advice helped us to feel more at ease. Thank you, Chris, for your time and giving us greater peace of mind. I just wish Gates would also do latrine clean ups as we feel very comfortable dealing with them. If we ever have problems again, we will definitely use Gates again.

    Squirrel Issue

    Never had a squirrel issue at our townhouse complex, but this year we had double trouble. One family ate through the exterior wood and the other family ate through the attic vent into the attic area. Jake, from Gates Wildlife, worked wonders and got rid of both squirrel families. He was THE BEST! Very professional, prompt, hard working. Definitely, would use Gates again.

    Mice/Rats in Roof

    I contracted Gates Wildlife several weeks ago to resolve a problem with mice/rats in my attic. The service received by an employee was not up to my standards nor were the results favorable. Brad took the time to hear the issues, provide his expert advice and make recommendations on how I might receive better results. I now understand that not all animals can be removed humanly. I appreciate Brad's time, his courtesy and willingness to make the situation right though unable to assist further with my problem. More aggressive actions are necessary in my case and as Gates Wildlife's aim is to resolve issues in the most humanly way possible. Thanks Brad!

    Animal Removal

    Had squirrels in my soffit and they were trying to get inside my roof. Gates Wildlife came the same day and applied a one way door to the spot they were getting in which allowed the squirrels to get out but not back in. Problem now solved. Excellent service!
