    Reliable, Capable and Friendly

    I had a problem with squirrels getting into my basement through the roof. AAA Gates could respond in just 2-3 business days, so I gave them the OK since i knew fall was a busy time of year for this type of response. Nick was punctual, very polite and did an investigation. He was knowledgeable and was able to find the entry level on the roof. He provided me with a squirrel trap for the basement and plugged the entry level with a one way door. He came back for a second visit to follow up on the entry area. He came back a third time and after investigating the situation to his satisfaction, he removed the one way door unit, sealed up the entry area and retrieved the trap. That was about a month ago and the squirrels haven't been back since. I thought that the price was a little high, however the work was done quickly, effectively and Nick offered some very useful information. He politely answered all my questions (and there were many) and made three trips in total to my premises, so upon reflection, I figure I got value after all. I would heartily recommend this company without any hesitation.

In the wildlife removal industry following up on each and every job, in a timely manner, is critical to ensure everything is progressing according to plan. Companies that offer wildlife removal services at below average costs are cutting corners and are not following up to make sure that the lives of animals are not compromised in the process. Wildlife control is not an exact science and without close observation you can never be sure that the animals are reacting as expected. Thank you for your excellent review!     JUST WOW!! Justin is a true gem for this organization.

    The company only speaks wonders if the employees working for them are true assets. Justin is a true diamond for this company. Really makes the organisation stand out to its honesty and integrity of the work performed. I honestly believe more people need to exist like Justin that make organisations shine and really stand for its true value. Hands down I will recommend this company to my family and friends knowing honest people like Justin exist working for them.

    Skunk residence under garden shed.

    Brad and his team inspected the dug our entrance under our garden shed and accurately concluded a skunk was living under there for months. We managed to photograph activity at night and could see the skunk returning to try and get underneath but the one way door kept him/her out. The wire mesh perimeter fence is heavy duty that Gates’ installed as we witnessed raccoons, skunk, squirrels and even a possum try to get under and none could anymore! It’s solidly protected, discreetly installed and nothing was disturbed during installation. Humanely done and we are very very happy!!

    Service

    Gates Wildlife was very helpful in removing the squirrels from my attic and repairing the roof. I was leases with their prompt attention to this as well as the follow up visits to confirm the absence of wildlife. Thank you.

    Prompt and expert wildlife removal

    Gates had an employee out to inspect our roof within a couple days after reporting animal sounds in our walls and on the ceiling. Sure enough, squirrels had been nesting up there, gaining access through a hole in the fascia behind the falling down evestrough. In short order, the entrance was blocked, a one way door for any trapped critters to escape, and the evestrough reattached. Great, friendly service! They even did a follow up visit a couple days later to check on things. Highly recommend!

    WILDLIFE CONTROL

    We have used Gates Wildlife Control several times over the years. Their service was always excellent. This time they sent Nick who showed us via the photos attached what we needed done before and after he came back to finalize the issue. Service was Professional, No Stress and Reliable.

    roof inspection

    squirrels running around on my roof, wanted an inspection done. very professional and thorough guys. I thought that Blake and Jake were great. they were informative, helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend Gates.

    Squirrel removal from soffirt

    Nick was amazing in this process. A family of squirrels was safely removed from the soffit . Aswell as all new galvanized mesh frames were installed around all vents to prevent similar situations in the future. 100% satisfaction

    Raccoons on My Roof Trying to Get into my Attic.

    Raccoons on My Roof Trying to Get into my Attic. The Raccoons were Very Aggressive trying to rip through my air vents on my roof. I called AAA Gates Wildlife Control for help and throughout the whole process, from my first call to the completion of my problems, I found the company’s staff to be most professional, supportive and caring to resolve my concerns. Chris came out and proved to be very experienced in dealing with these matters, and very friendly and professional in resolving my issues with efficiency, excellent products and quality work. I highly recommend this company when you have concerns about wildlife control, and especially Chris who left me very satisfied with his excellent efforts.

    Pest control

    Came out within 24 hrs. Nick was a great technician. Thorough, friendly, professional. Did a thorough inspection outside to look for any areas of entries. Checked attic for any apparent activity. Would recommend them!
