    Wildlife inspection

    I met with Pete. Very professional, reliable, polite and friendly service. “EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE” I haven’t seen it for long time. If any of you out there wants to the job done right please don’t think twice with this company.

    Squirrel in the attics

    After hearing noises in our attics, Nick came out to inspect the problem. It was a squirrel that entered the attics through the roof vent. Nick installed a one way cage, inspected all the roof vents, and closed off all the entry points. The service was efficient and professional. We will definitely recommend their service to others.

    Squirrel Problem

    Very professional service. After inspecting the roof Nick confirmed that there was no action to be taken at this time, and how to monitor/look for signs in the future. Greatly appreciate the honesty. I would definitely recommend/use Gates Wildlife again.

    Pests in Attic

    We thought we had raccoons in our attic because of how loud the pests were...they came out within 2 days of our call. It turns out it was mice who had burrowed through the insulation. He told us how to get rid of them ourselves and didn't charge for his service and advice. If we ever to get raccoons, he is the guy we will call ;)

    Wildlife

    I called to have raccoons removed from a ceiling at work. The fellas came and removed 3 babies and brought them outside to the warming box for mom to come and pick up. They were so gentle with them and let me snap a couple of pictures of the little ones. They helped close up the area that momma was entering. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

    Pest Control

    Nick came (was running late due to weather conditions and called to let us know) and inspected the infested area. We thought it was a squirrel inside the wall and it turns out it was a wasp nest. Because it wasn’t wildlife, they were unable to remove the nest but there was no charge for the service. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable, giving us recommendations for pest control companies to contact. I would definitely use this company for all my wildlife removal again.

    raccoons in attic

    More than satisfied with the "Gates" service. Jake arrived exactly when promised, evaluated the situation and got to work. Came back twice and no more raccoons. He was very friendly and professional. I have already recommended your company to others and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work and keep those guys out.

    Roofing repair

    "You are being terrorised by racoons" was the verdict to the hole in my roof letting water drip into the room below. They were ripping off roof tiles, the vapor barrier and chewing right through the wood. AAA gates came and installed a one way gate system to ensure anything that might have entered, would not find a way back in. While up there, they indentified 4 other potential weak spots—vulnerable to more unwanted animal activity

    Squirrel problem

    We had been hearing noises from our attic. I suspected it was squirrels. Somehow they were getting in through a small hole in the roof. Gates sent in Pete (who was extremely professional and legit), did an inspection and diagnosed the issue quickly. One way exit installed and in a couple days he returned to make sure no new squirrels were going in. He made sure to close all potential access points really well. I was very satisfied with the results and so far - no new visits from squirrels. There is a 1 year warranty which is nice to have. I also installed some metal screens around vents which was at an additional cost. The whole thing cost a bit more than I was expecting but for the service and professionalism, I think it’s worth it! Great job!

    Checked for wildlife in the attic

    I was hearing sounds from what I thought was the attic and was worried raccoons or something had got in. Peter from Gates came and checked everything out. All clear and no charge!
