    Raccoon Inspection

    I called Gates Wildlife last week to check out potential raccoon entry points on our roof. We met this morning with Joel - he was very polite and courteous and he did a quick and efficient inspection (and luckily we do not have raccoons in our attic!). Overall, our communications with Gates Wildlife were very professional and they were able to accommodate an early morning appointment so as not to disrupt our work day.

    Squirrel Removal

    We had squirrels in our roof. The technician, Jamie, came promptly and kept at it until the problem was solved.The holes by which the squirrels were entering our house were hard to find but after a number of attempts, the problem seems to be solved! There was one minor miscommunication with the staff that was quickly dealt with in a prompt and professional manner by Jamie and Jennifer at the office. It was so nice to deal with a company with good customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them!

    removed squirrels from my attic

    I contacted Gates Wildlife as I had a problem with squirrels in my attic. I am so please with not only the work that was done but the way I was treated by their tech person Chris. It was explained to me in depth what they would do to help me with this problem. They are covered with insurance and WSIB so if there had been a fall because of the severe weather conditions they have coverage. I would recommend Gates Wildlife to anyone having a problem with these little rodents or any other animal settling in their home. I am squirrel free and if a problem like this happens again I will have not problem contacting Gates Wildlife for assistance.

    Wildlife Removal

    My experience with AAA Gates Wildlife Control was quite exceptional. In addition to being punctual, friendly and knowledgable they differentiate themselves by providing free estimates and as well as their knowledge and insight. In my experience the Wildlife Technician (Chris,) came to my home and spent a considerable amount of time trying to determine the source of the animal noises I was hearing in my townhome. When there ended up being no unwelcome wildlife on my premises (and thus no problem to be solved) there was no charge to me for this service/his time. This is an example of a company who has a big picture view toward growing their business through building trust and delivering exceptional service to clients, generating repeat business and referrals, versus many competitors who take a more shortsighted approach. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if the need arose. One other note for anyone looking for help with Wildlife Control - AAA Gates Wildlife Removal is WSIB insured - this is essential if you're going to have someone climbing on your roof or in general doing work on your property.

    Squirrels attempting to eat our soffits

    We were sure we had squirrels in the house. Could hear them every morning as they left the space in the dormer. Called this company and they were at the house within four hours. Scott put up a ladder and informed us that there was no way they could get in the house - but that the rodents were chewing the wood to keep their teeth in check. Suggested we leave it for now. He could have told us something else and charged us for it. He left and with no bill for coming and putting up the ladder. Very honest. Love that!

    Squirrels in Attic

    We had the Wildlife Control come and put fencing in our attic window to keep out the squirrels that were making holes in our home. Typcially it costs over $350- but they were nice enough to split the cost between 3 neighbors that also needed the work done. He was friendly and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Racoon removal

    Team I wanted to send you a note of compliment for the service that you delivered in helping to remove racoon(s) from my loft and racoon-proofing my roof for any future attempts at entry. From the outset, your team was professional, very responsive and highly knowledgeable. I left a voicemail at 10.03pm EST at night (after your office closed) requesting assistance and by 7.45am I had a call from you informing me that a technician would be at my house at 10am. That technician called me at 9am to inform me he was running late and would be with me at 10.20am. All that I can say is WOW! It is impossible to get any other service organisation to operate so professionally and with such concern for the client. I would like to send out a special mention for Chris Mueller (the technician); what a guy? He epitomises professionalism, efficiency, knowledge of wildlife and knows what customer service actually means. He reflects great credit on himself and your company. I could give you a line by line account about how good this guy is at his job, but this email would become a novel and not a short note. Suffice to say that if you ever need a customer reference about your services and/or about Chris, just ask! I would be grateful if you would pass on my thanks to Chris and your team for a job well done! Have you guys ever thought about running some seminars for other service providers on what ‘best-in-class’ customer service looks like? Kindest regards

    Inspection for squirrels

    I was very pleased with the service provided by AAA Gates Wildlife Control. A thorough inspection was done not only in the area in question but across the entire roof/attic area to check for evidence of squirrels. Although it was concluded that squirrels had not accessed the attic, Brad and his team generously provided their time and suggestions in response to multiple questions. Highly recommended!

    Removal of unwanted racoon

    We had a vent off the roof (removed by racoon). A racoon had made our attic his home. Animal was humanely removed, vent was repaired and all our vents secured.

    Animal rescue

    I wanted to send your management a note about one of your employees. I had the pleasure of meeting Joel today while he was on job on Caroline Avenue. I asked him if he could help rescue a cockatiel that was huddled rather precariously on a wet roof top. Joel grabbed his ladder & net and carefully & expertly captured him and brought him down. It was a NOT a safe climb up or down and he certainly did not have to put himself at risk but he did and he was also extremely polite & helpful. It's really nice to think that people like Joel are out there! Thanks again Joel! Our best, Julie, Sofie & Olivia
