We have been a long time customer with Atlas Care. We needed a new furnace and wanted to get multiple quotes. Being unfamiliar with other service providers, we did our homework thoroughly and chose three top rated companies---Atlas Care being the most highly rated. By phone, we were most impressed with Atlas Care---they were open to answering questions by phone and upfront about payment options. Their customer communication from the time we booked a salesperson to come for a visit was extremely professional. Their brand message was consistent, well delivered and they lived up to their brand promise. As existing customers, they treated us like we were a new customer and treated us with the same courtesy and respect. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We were VERY satisfied with the installation and sales process. Excellent company. Impressive marketing strategy and brand image that they live up to.

I am always impressed with atlas employees, without exception. Today Andrew and Dave did our duct cleaning. They were proffesional, efficient and got the job done perfectly. Atlas must have great hiring practices.

Great company from start to finish. Rudy is the man. He suggests only what you need and is meticulous in his measurements and customer care. The install boys (Gary and John I believe) came on time, finished early, did an amazing clean job. You can tell these guys care. Would recommend them without hesitation.

As always, Atlas Care provides excellent service. They installed our furnace and AC unit a few years ago. This is the second time we've had our ducts cleaned by Atlas, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again. Andrew & Dave did an excellent job! Clean, polite, on time, service oriented individuals. Thank you!

The fantastic online reviews I have read of the technician Nimo Mansouri are VERY WELL DESERVED. Nimo called me after I phoned the customer service line, and did his very best to fit us in as early as possible. We were quite appreciative, and if that was all that he would have done, we would have been happy. But he went beyond that! Our heater was making a loud sound, and as soon as he came down to the basement and saw the interior of the furnace, he diagnosed the problem and a solution was found. He didn’t have to fumble around, he knew exactly what this issue was and took steps to solve the problem, which put us at ease. I can’t say enough regarding how nice, friendly, and knowledgeable Nimo was. I don’t wish to have a problem again with the our heater or anything else, but if we do, I hope we get Nimo, since our experience with him has been nothing less than absolutely stellar!

If I could give Nimo an 11/10 I would. On Saturday morning, I came down into the basement and saw water on the floor...yikes! I called Atlas, someone immediately answered the emergency phone line, and she told me that Nimo would be at my house that morning. When Nimo arrived, he was great. He was cheerful and calm, which I suspect really comes in handy when frantic homeowners have emergencies. He diagnosed that my condensate pump wasn't working, had a replacement one on the truck (wow) and replaced it immediately. I thought we were done, and would have rated him a 10. Well, that night I came home from my Dad's birthday party to discover...you guessed it....more water on the floor. I called Nimo, who came back at 10:45 pm and helped me diagnose that it was a small leak from the water heater. Realize, Atlas has nothing to do with my rental water heater but Nimo was exceptional again. He helped me turn off the water, gave me excellent advice about how to deal with Direct Energy, made sure I was OK and only then left my house. By the way, remember how I said Atlas immediately answers their emergency phone on the weekend? Well, Direct Energy had me on hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes until they answered at 12:05 am Sunday morning. Hmmm....what a difference in customer service levels. But wait, my story isn't done yet! That Sunday afternoon, Nimo took the time to call me to ensure Direct Energy had come and agreed the problem was the hot water heater. Wow! And, he took the time to call me as he was handling 11 emergencies that day. I've been an Atlas customer for 14 years and always had very good people working at my house but NIMO IS EXCEPTIONAL. Atlas, please don't ever let him go!

On October 3, 2014, I had a replacement for my furnace, my thermostat and my humidifier. Thanks to AtlasCare for the service provided by James and Ted. The installers were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. James made sure I understood all aspects of the new equipment including the mechanism of the new thermostat before leaving the house. James and Ted were very efficient and left everything neat and clean. I have been a client of Atlas for many years and I have always been very satisfied with the service provided. I would highly recommend AtlasCare to family and friends without hesitation.

Both teams from Atlas came and were on time, very friendly and very clean. They also informed us exactly what they did, the status and condition of our furnace, thoroughly cleaned our heating ducts and air exhanges, and also cleaned out our dryer vent. Now our dryer works better than ever and less fire hazard. Atlas are the only company I rely on for furnace needs.
