Came coldest day of 2008 to replace furnace. Was able to do so and get the heat on in a timely fashion. HomeCare provided warranty service rather than depending on manufacturer. Extremely happy with outcome.

We have hired Atlas to provide a tune-up and service plan for our older furnace, starting September 2008. Their technician was knowledgeable and communication has always been courteous. I will update the rating if our experience changes in the future.

Atlas specializes in high end systems. If you want a high quality solution without any hassle these are the people to go to. THey understand how all of the climate components of your house work and ensure the solutions fits your needs. It is not the cheapest way to go but it is the right way to go.

I have worked with Atlas over the past 4 years. Their marketing is great, but they tend to employ few experts in their field. I have had them send 3 different members of their team for the same job, taking over a week to complete with multiple visits and replacing unnecessary parts and install unnecessary valves. I eventually found one employee who knew his stuff (did the above mentioned job in a couple hours) and I would request him for future calls, but since he has left the company I don't recommend them.

We found out about Atlas A/C and Heating from the Home Show '03. Exceptionally knowledgeable staff and no pressure sales. The installers worked in 40 degree C heat and were still efficient, clean and neat in their work, and very professional. They had many models to choose from and competitive prices. I'm glad we decided on a high efficiency unit, and it's been rock solid since!

I have dealt with many heating contractors over the years experiencing only mixed results. That is, until a friend recommended Atlas Air. For the past 11 years, they have looked after me in a professional, prompt and courteous manner. The real test came last winter when an emergency situation occured - on a weekend! Within two hours, we were back in business, warm and toasty. I would recommend Atlas highly to anyone that owns heating and cooling equipment.
