I was impressed with the Atlas Care installation crew they wore shoe covers and installed drop sheets throughout, vacuumed work areas upon completion The workmanship and installation was excellent Thank you for a job well done The followup service has been great,maintenance service is something I believe in for the safety of my family I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Atlas Care

This is my 5th home in the GTA in 30 years and the second in which I have had AtlasCare install and service the furnace, Central AC, gas fireplaces, etc. Their technicians are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain what they find and how they are resolving. Emergency service, the couple of times I have required it, has been very prompt. I have a high efficiency furnace, central AC, 1 ton ductless AC, and 2 gas fireplaces all purchased, installed and serviced by Atlas over the past decade.

Come regularly - fall & spring to service units. Polite, clean and tidy. On recent service call the technician found source on an annoying squesk and was able to repair.

My wife and I were in the process of building a new home and decided to have yydronic floor heating put into our basment on short notice to the home builder. The challenge was scheduling with the builder who did not give AtlasCare people much warning on the concrete pour date. Atlas worked directly with the builder and on extremely short notice had the floor heating installed without a problem. It went very smoothly. After installation AtlasCare helped us set the system up which today still works perfectly. Great product and exceptional service. thank you. Gary

I came across Atlas Care and I wanted to take a couple of minutes to write to all to say that it was great to deal with an organization that not only understands their business, but they deliver what they promise to the client. Their work was clean, quick and efficient. I was given mulitple options which I also appreciated. They never try to "sell", but more consult on what the best options for your home. We have never had a problem since. Plus, their regular e-newsletters always contain helpful seasonal tips and hints to help you improve your home health. With our climate, and a small family, all you want during a summer heat wave or cold winter week is to have your air/furance work when you need it. Plus, not get a shock when you open your hydro bill! Atlas Care made us comfortable and at ease with our decision. Atlas Care is an easy recommendation to my family and friends.

Have had a long standing relationship with Atlas - bought a furnace, AC and have had ongoing service with them. Very satisfied with both sales and service staff. They made prompt repairs with my old AC unit in the middle of the heat wave on a weekend - we are very satisfied with how everything has been handled.

Atlascare not only stood up to their qoute, their service was exceptional. It was the same workers throughout the job (people were not coming and going). The workers were extremely professional and treated our house with the outmost respect. Extremely pleased

We had our furnace breakdown in the early evening on a winters night at the beginning of January. Atlas had installed a ductless air conditioner a few years back and we had used their duct cleaning service a year ago,so we called them. They were there in the morning, assessing and making recommendations. We opted for a new furnace (as ours) is over 15 years old. The installers were there the next day, bright an early at 8AM as promised. They worked for most of the day and were quick, quiet and very helpful. They explained everything we needed to know. Went through the new owners manual and left us feeling quite confident. A great job! Thank you so much.

I just had to write a review. From start to finish it was great! The sales rep Stan was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. My furnace had been over sized and not heating the house properly. I didn't know much about furnace products on the market and how they worked. I was kindly educated. We decided to go with a 2 stage high efficiency furnace. The installation team was very efficient and courteous. After the install they walked us through the new furnace and thermostat. Over all is was a great experience. If any one is in the market, at least get an Atlas Care quote. T Homer
