We have been with Atlas Care for over 10 years and recently installed a new air con, furnace. The service has been prompt and efficient. Jeff has always been very helpful and I he takes care of all the details for us.

We noticed signs of moisture on the tiled floor of the furnace room close to the furnace. We could see no obvious source of the moisture, and called Atlas Care from whom we had purchased the furnace and with whom we have a service contract. The serviceman, Paul G, arrived promptly at the appointed time and after thoroughly checking the water recovery system of the furnace, detected a small leak at the base of the humidifier. He corrected the fault quickly.

My furnace broke down in January of 2011. I was a user of a local Brampton heating and air company but I was upset when they could even fix my furnace. When Randy from Atlas showed up he knew right away what the problem was and fixed it. He informed me that they have a large group of techs. who live in Brampton and that is why the emergency service was so prompt.

For the first time since we moved into our home, we have evenly distributed heating, and more importantly, cooling, in our 4 story home! Great job on reworking the vent work and getting the right system installed!

We have used Atlas Care for two of our properties for many years and must say that we are exceptionally pleased with the quality and professionalism of their staff. Our two recent jobs, moving a radiator for a bathroom renovation,and relighting the boiler it is a pleasure to see such good service. Thank you.

WE had an awkward space for our furnace and they were able to get it into the space in a way that met code and would be convenient for us in the future when we needed to replace our water tank.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID NOT LEAVE A MESS TO BE CLEANED UP. THE FURNACE CONTINUES TO WORK EXCEPTIONALLY WELL AND THEY HAVE A 10 YEAR GUARANTEE ON PARTS AND LABOUR.

We have used Atlas for HVAC service plan since we bought the house 14 years ago, service has always been highly professional. Atlas just replaced our 19 year old system with new (York HE furnace,A/C, humidifier). Installation was a big job, but pleasant guys and excellent workmanship - all lines/wires dressed and tied town. They accomodated all my asks for pipe routing and even took away a 20yr old scrap water softener for me. Thanks guys, pro job.

Exceptional knowledge... immediately after the first diagnosis the problem pin pointed and taken care of. After calling a couple of other companies with obviously no success, calling Atlascare was my final hope and after I did I wished I could go back in time and call them first, I would have saved myself time and aggrevation. The Atlascare sales rep provided professional advice without over selling. The installation crew was courteous and efficient. The installation went together without a hitch and the equipment has performed well.
