I had a visit from an Atlascare tech today for a regular winter maintenance!! I've always received great service, today I met a new member to the service team, Nimo!! He was right on time and very helpful. Even though he was a new face, his visit was exactly what I've been use to from Atlascare staff for as long as I've been with them. Thank you for being consistent, and by hiring the right people to represent your company.

Paul G. Excellent service, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Recommended. Paul was in and out within 45 minutes and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace. He answered some of my questions unrelated to the job with no hestitation, and helped with advice regarding a future fireplace installation.

I had a problem with my furnace and Nimo was sent to fix it!! He was punctual, very polite and ever so professional!! He was able to find and fix the problem quickly. His work was clean and his technical skills and all his healthy home advise were very helpful, but his personality really stood out above all!! A Real pleasure to have him in my home!! Decide to go with Atlascare to provide yearly maintenance on your furnace and gas fireplace. When it came to the fireplace the pilot light would shut off minutes after turning the fireplace - Atlascare techs assumed it was one part that had to be replaced when it was always the valve. We decided to cancel our maintenance plan with Atlascare when they told us how much it would cost us out of pocket as the 1st part & labour would come out of the yearly allowance... We just loss faith in Atlascare due to the techs lack of knowledge...

We have been customers of Atlas Air for 13 years. All of the service personel are friendly, knowledgable and promt. We ask for Rick ... he is amazing!! takes time to tell us about our products,is very knowledgable,helpful and remembers the little things about our furnace and humidifier.....thanks Atlas

A year ago we had a new high efficiency furnace installed by Atlas. They continue to provide good quality heating equipment and service. We are thinking of going with them for our a new A/C unit and for the duct cleaning now too.

Over the last 10 years we have used AtlasCare as our primary service provider. All renovations or builds we have completed have included new furnaces and air conditioners. In all cases the installations have met our expectations and their follow-up has been terrific. The recent work March 3rd was no exception. Don

I haven't seen such a service focused organization like Atlas Care in a long, long time. Atlas is a caring, service oriented, first class organization that truly cares if the job was done right. Now that is AWESOME! And hard to come by I might add!!!!!

Randy was terrific in his out-of-hours advice and effective in diagnosing and promptly treating the problem. He also stayed to ensure the problem was completely fixed before leaving. Emailed Atlascare the night before, was contacted in a short time, a time schedule was kept and service was fulfilled to my satisfaction. The technician Nimo was clean, professional and knowledgeable.I will call Atlascare for future maintainence and service.
