This past this summer our A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave - a knowledgeable and friendly service technician came the same day and had our house cool in no time. Just recently we had our furnace tuned up – I was very impressed that they sent the same person to do the tune-up. He cleaned everything up (he even wore plastic covers on his shoes) and took the time to explain how everything worked. I highly recommend using AtlasCare – we definitely will!

AtlasCare did a great job in replacing our old, broken furnace that we had them replace our air conditioner also. The experience from sales to installation was truly professional and I felt very comfortable to trust all involved. The crews scheduled were friendly, tidy and efficienct. The new furnace heats our house much better then the old one we had. I recommended AtlasCare to my sister-in-law and she had the same experience.

I was so immpressed from start to finish - and afterwards. Clean, courteous, efficient employees. Very pleasant - did their job - and left. No sign that they had even been there except for the clean, fresh smelling air. Anyone that is undecided about duct cleaning - it works and is well worth the money - and Atlascare is the company to use.

Our boiler, which had worked efficiently for years, just wasn't cutting it anymore. It seemed we could never warm up! AtlasCare was there in a heart beat to investigate the problem. Parts were ordered immediately and we were back up and running in one day... just one day! Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. AtlasCare knows how to deliver, fast.

My wife and I purchased our home in Mississauga and we had a mid efficiency furnace which was stuck right in the middle of our basement. Knowing we were planning to finish our basement we were considering moving the furnace to the back wall so as to ceate more room in the basement. This was a difficult desicion to make as our current equipment was only 3 years old. We believe that if you are going to do it you might as well do it right the first time. We decided to change our entire HVAC system including the furnace, air conditioner, thermostat, humidifer, furnace filter, hepa filter, ERV, UV light technology and a tankless water heater. Atlas also recommended changing some of the duct work and installed some gas lines for a gas BBQ and a gas stove. I have to say that thier crew of installers namely: McCloud, Joe, Mike, Ray and Steve did an absolutely amazing job. They were very professional, cleaned up after every days work, always showed up on time, were always available for any questions and or concerns we had with the project, used drop sheets throughout the house and were very respectful of our home. Being such a large job and undertaking we inquired about financing options which we found very easy to deal with and the whole transaction went through very smoothly. At the end of the job we were recommended to do some duct cleaning so I asked if they knew of a good company for us to call. Well they do that as well...needless to say we booked our duct cleaning and that was the end of a very satisfying business relationship and the star of a great service relationship on an ongoing basis. Fromstart to finish this company is rated A+ in my book and I would recommend them to any of my friends, co workers, family or nieghbours. Give them a call you will be happy you did. What do you do when you have 60 children in a childcare centre and there has been a power serge with the power company and things are not looking too good….you call Atlas Care…it seemed like in a heart beat they were there to investigate and immediately had parts ordered and in this case two new furnaces. We did not close down, they had it done in one day…one day. The parents of the centre did not even know. I am blessed to have the privilege of knowing the people in this company for the past 4 years and they are the people I call when I have any problems. The most professional respectful group of workers who are knowledgeable and efficient. In our busy world we want ‘now’….they deliver ’ now’. Did a spacepak install. Very challenging install but handled very professionally and skillfully. Strongly recommend John Hart who is a incredibly skilled, bright and hard working individual. Thinks and handles problems like a PhD in engineering. Also appeciated Rudy from sales for his positive can-do attitude and very useful suggestions. Company handled a problem with a small air leak professionally and corrected the problem without questions.

The service technicians that came out to do the duct cleaning were knowledgeable, neat, and very personable. They did a great job! I have used Atlas for at least 10 years and will continute to use them.

We had a Trane Air Conditioner installed the end of May; AtlasCare was very professional and accommodating. We are extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them to others. Keep up the great service!!
