On April 4, 2014 Atlas Care installed a new Furnace and Air Conditioner. Our first meeting with Jeff Maund was excellent. Jeff spent about 2 hours with us answering our questions, taking measurements and discussing the custom work that would need to be done to replace our 29 year old furnace. Jeff was extremely professional and very patient with us. Our second visit with Jeff was just as pleasant and professional as the first. He provided us a detailed professional quote, information about the furnace and air conditioner they would be installing, and he reviewed the custom work that would have to be done. At no time were we made to feel rushed during our discussion. Jeff also told us to contact him at any time with any questions or concerns we may have. The day prior to the install we received a call to advise us of the time frame the installers would arrive. The morning of the install we received a call from James letting us know they were on their way. Chris, Dave and James arrived a few minutes prior to the time frame given. They guys were great!! They began placing drop cloths every where and wore booties so the floors were protected. Chris, Dave and James were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were a pleasure to have in our home. During the install Jeff Maund dropped by to see how things were going, and to ensure we were pleased with the service the team was providing. Again, he was more than gracious with us. Once the install was completed Chris, Dave and James cleaned everything up and did a walk through with us to explain the systems. A week later a package arrived in the mail containing information regarding rebates, warranty and furnace and air conditioning maintenance. During the whole process the Atlas Care team, consisting of Jeff, Chris, Dave and James did what they said they were going to do and did what they said they would. During our conversations with Jeff Maund we expressed to him we were interested in having our ducts cleaned once the new Furnace and Air Conditioner were installed. Once the install was complete, Jeff personally called us to coordinate a time and date for this service. We appreciate everything Jeff did for us! On April 21, 2014 Alex B. from Atlas Care arrived. Alex was extremely professional, friendly and polite. Alex explained the process to us. He dropped cloths and wore booties to protect our floors. He also cleaned up once the job was completed. He was very thorough and respectful of our home. Once Alex had cleaned and put everything away, he took the time to review the work performed with us, and answered any questions we had with professionalism and kindness. Alex did a great job. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Atlas Care.

On April 9, 2014 we had a complete replacement of our HVAC system. From the first telephone call with Erin in customer service, to our first meeting with David Grasby who spent about 2 hours answering our questions, taking measurements and providing a professionally packaged quote to the day of the install when McCloud, Neil, Carl and Ryan arrived to remove the old mid efficiency unit and install the new system, everything went smoothly. Purchasing a car, house or other large or even small ticket item should be so easy. The crew placed drop cloths every where and until they had the sheets down they wore booties so that floors and carpeting were protected. At the end of the install they cleaned up, and did a walk through explaining the system and answered any questions. Dave dropped by during the install and again answered any questions. We were left with a professionally laid out binder explaining rebates, warranties, maintenance etc. The customer service is excellent. The day before the install, we received a call to advise the approximate time the installers would arrive and they did arrive within that time frame. A subsequent package arrived in the mail with additional information regarding rebates, financing and future maintenance. Most importantly, the new HVAC system performs as expected and we are very comfortable. AtlasCare has put time and effort into creating an experience that makes what can be a difficult and expensive purchase a simple and easy transition. We had used AtasCare for duct cleaning on the recommendation of our contractor when we had our kitchen renovated about 3 years ago, so they were on our radar when it came time to get quotes for the new HVAC system. We are very happy that we went with AtlasCare and would definitely recommend this company.

We're on a service plan with the company, and our experience with them has been very good. Above all, we have been 100% percent satisfied with the service professionals, that they have sent to us the last few visits, particularly Mr. Mansouri. It's been a pleasure to have him come to our home.

I had recently ( Dec 24th 11PM and last night Apr 15th at 9PM) furnace problems. I googled after hours companies to get it fixed at above hours. Atlas Care answered my calls, was polite and very helpful dispatcher, and service personnel called me in the time frame she said they will. Both technicians were professional, fast and efficient. Last night Nimo Mansouri was giving me information about ATlas Care service package, and I was happy to sign up right at that moment. I will recommend Atlas Care to anyone. Great to have company out there like them, they do what they advertise. They came both occasion within an hour ( even on Christmas Eve at 11pm) and we had heat again.We have 2 toddlers so it was very important to have he service they provided to us. Thank you very much!!!!!

I was very impressed with the conduct and expertise of Quinton and Kyle when they responded to our frantic call to repair the furnace on an unseasonably bitter mid April snowstorm. I was very skeptical of AtlasCare prior to the arrival of these knowledgeable technicians but I didn't hesitate to sign up for a service plan because they went out of their way to explain everything and helped us out with a lot of our heating system issues. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Atlas always provides good service. We have been Atlas customers for almost 20 years, and We have an annual maintenance plan. Although Atlas' service personnel are always polite and diligent, Eric's customer interaction skills appear to be exemplary.

I used AtlasCare service for over 10 years mostly for furnace maintenance. On April 9th, 2014, Gary Johnson and Nick same to install a new high efficiency furnace, type York and an Air Filtration System. As usual with AtlasCare, I was pleased by the service and the profesionalism of their staff. Everything was done according to the contract, on time without any fuss. Good work guys!

I have been a customer of Atlascare for approximately 16 years. I have replaced my furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and air cleaner in my current home during that time and use their services for regular maintenance and all home heating and cooling issues. I recently experienced a furnace breakdown on a surprisingly cold March weekend and had occasion to use their emergency service. The response time was quick as promised and although the sourcing of the part had to wait until Monday morning, a delay beyond their control, Chris Jakobson was amazing and coordinated receipt of the part and a service call to my home as quickly as was humanly possible and with minimal upheaval to me. I was not able to be home when their representative arrived (I can’t say enough good things about the knowledgeable Al Caruk) and they took charge of coordinating with my neighbour to complete the repair on an urgent basis. In addition they were very fair in addressing a concern I had about my service contract under which the replacement part was covered. You can’t ask for more than a responsive team at a company that clearly cares about its reputation. And that is why I will continue to be a loyal Atlascare customer.

AtlasCare is the best in the business. Eric C. came for the annual air conditioning tune-up/inspection today. He is very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, as are all of the Atlas technicians I have experienced in the past. Atlas is always on time, honest and well worth the reasonable price they charge. I highly recommend their services.

very pleased with the service. Chris W and Eric C were polite, cleaned all the ducts,(heating and cold air returns), cleaned up upon completion, and changed the filter in the furnace. Closed and re taped all access points. I would highly recommend this company.
