This is a very professional family run company. The comments and ratings you see on homestars are a true reflection of this company. My air conditioner died in the heat wave (after 19 years so it was expected) and I requested information from Atlas on their website. I had a phone call from salesperson Dave within 20 minutes setting up an appointment. After 19 years I determined it was time to replace all units (air/heat/hot water). In one week 3 young men arrived and spent 9 hours replacing all three pieces. * red carpet put on my carpet to stop any mess * booties worn when needed. * professional young guys * all old equipment taken away * all mess cleaned up totally * installation professional and after was a review of equipment and what to do next. Back office in days sent all documents to claim rebates with step by step instructions. Copies to be sent and copies for my files. THEY DO EVERYTHING!!!!! Peace of mind and they have the staff to stand behind their products.

Following up to my review on our initial experience with Atlascare after we had duct clieaning and AC Repair. About a month after our AC tuneup and repair we noticed water pooling around our furnace again (from AC unit presumably). It's a long weekend of course... but calling Atlascare there were pleasant staff who answered quickly and responded quickly. I called last night late and they came this AM early! Steve came and was very professional and pleasant. He explained what he was going to do and his thoughts on possible problems. He quickly determined it was a plugged drain hose and thus water backing up. It looked like sawdust and I believe the hose was working fine in the past. I suspect that some door replacements we did pushed this dust into our system. So I don't think it was related to a lack of initial servicing at the tune up. He also helped look at a rusty area that he felt was due to some water during furnace operatioin coming from another hose which he tried to tighten and now I know what to watch for in winter. Turns out because we signed up for the annual AC plan, the visit was covered and there was no cost! What a bonus. So the initial experience was great and this follow up was also refreshingly positive for a service company. They seem to really care about customers. I'm so happy to feel like I've found a company we can trust and rely on moving forward. Will sign up for the furnace plan for sure.

Matt and Shane were well on time. They both were very polite, focused in their work and very efficient. I was informed clearly on the process and approximate time it would take. They cleared up everything before they left. Highly recommend and commend Atlas Care. They also have excellent Furnace & AC service I have used for years.

Dave and Matt did a wonderful job of cleaning the ducts and dryer vent. They worked efficiently, professionally and did a great job. I can now breathe more easily after removing months of reno dust.

My a/c unit died and upon inspection we realized my furnace was not functioning well at all so I decided to replace both and get my ducts cleaned as well. Eric, Dave and Adam did a perfect job - they were exceptionally clean and fast and I left them in my home all day as I had to work and they were 100% professional. With the 0% financing I was able to make it affordable and they helped by giving me a great discount and adding in a few extras no charge. They took care of the grant paperwork and made it all REALLY easy. The new system is so much better, more efficient, and quieter than the last. I have used this company for service for a few years and they really are excellent

Great service from Atlascare. Dave Nelson, Atlascare technician, arrived on time and worked meticulously for 2 hours. Very happy with his work and with Atlascare company. Highly recommended and will repeat in the future. Thanks Dave and Atlascare.

After a recent flood our furnace was checked out by Joe. A new motor was needed and ducts cleaning and disinfecting. Joe has always been polite, on time, and personable. Today Eric came to replace the motor, he too was very polite, on time (even 10 mins early) and also very personable. Someone in HR is doing a good job!! Have used AtlasCare for years and will continue to do so and to recommend them highly!!

Right from the start Atlascare was a pleasure to deal with they looked after very well. We had to have our A/C examined and their serviceman (Nimo) was on time (a big plus) and did all he could do to try to get our A/C working but when he could not he took me over what the issue was and made sure that I understood the issue he then made sure the office could arrange a call that day from a sales rep. The sales Rep (Jeff) visited that day and again was right on time we went over the options available and decided on a replacement that would work and again while with me was able to arrange a appointment to have a new A/C installed and worked with me to get the best possible time for us. The install team (lead by Chris) called the morning of the install to confirm when they would be at our house. The team was professional at all times and answered all my questions, they cleaned up all the areas they worked in and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I really appreciated the fact that our house was the only one they were working on that day so they were not rushing and took the time to finish all the small items. A great company.

Great service. We have used AtlasCare since 1999 and we value their services. Sam the service technician was prompt, professional, completed the air conditioning tune up in a timely manner and provided practical advice to us.

The people at Atlas Care are unfailingly friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionists gave me some pointers to help me decide what to do about my poorly functioning air conditioning. They helped me by calling me even before my appointment was scheduled and asking if I would like the technician to come earlier. I did want an early visit, so that really helped. Then, Kyle came and did an excellent review and made excellent suggestions. He was thoughtful, intelligent, and very informative. He answered all my questions. He showed me some things about my air conditioning that I hadn't known and his visit will really help. He did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't really need, but helped me get the most out of the system I already own.
