    Duct Cleaning

    AtlasCare came to my home to perform Duct Cleaning. Ardi and Brandon were both professional and very courteous. They did a fantantic job and I would highly recommend AtlasCare to everyone. I have dealt with other companies in the past but I have never been as satisfied as I am with AtlasCare.

    Duct Cleaning

    Very professional service at a reasonable cost. They were about $100 less than other competitors. Work was done quickly and the house was left clean when they left. I would recommend them to a friend.

    Furnace replacement

    Our old furnace was shut down due to a carbon monoxide leak at 8:00 p.m. on a winter Thursday evening, the night before we were headed out of town for the weekend. We called Atlas and they came on Friday to fix the problem. They called us late on Friday afternoon, while we were out of town, to tell us that the furnace had to be replaced. The sales representative, who was on a day off, called from a bus to confirm the cost of a replacement and co-ordinated with the installation team for a replacement on Saturday. We arrived home on the Sunday evening to a nice warm house, and the furnace room neater than when we left! i was very impressed with the level of dedication to the customer and the quality of the work done.

    Furnace repair

    I returned from vacation late at night to discover that my furnace was not working. After several attempts to fix it myself I checked Homestars to find an HVAC company that would come out to fix it that night. I contacted AtlasCare and the dispatcher told me that a technician would contact me within the hour. The technician called within 5 minutes. He asked what the problem was, and then asked what the current temperature was in the house. He then explained that the service call for after hours was 50% higher than during business hours, and that it would be more cost effective for me if I could wait until the next day for a technician to come out. He reassured me that the temperature should not go down much lower and that he would send a message to the dispatcher to contact me by 8:00 am. I thanked him and said that I would wait. Sure enough, the dispatcher called at 7:45 am and said someone would be out between 12 - 2:00 pm. The technician, DAG, arrived promptly and after doing preliminary servicing quickly diagnosed that the problem was not with the furnace, but was with the electronic thermostat that I had installed a few years ago. He recommended to go with a higher-end Honeywell, that the Home Depot carried, or with a White Rodgers brand. I was very impressed that he did not try to push me to have him do the install. In fact I was the one that asked if he had a thermostat in his truck that he could install. He had a White Rodgers brand and although the price was higher than what I wanted to spend, I thought that by the time I bought one myself and spent an hour or two installing it....that it wasn't that much after all. I also thought, what if the furnace didn't turn on after the install...I wouldn't know if it was because I installed it incorrectly or that it wasn't the thermostat after all and I'd need to call for them to come out again. DAG installed the new thermostat and the furnace kicked on right away. DAG took time to explain how to use the new thermostat and was very courteous, competent and professional. I would definitely contact them again based on my experience with them, as I didn't feel like they were trying to jack up the price by pushing repairs that were not necessary. Everyone that I dealt with during this ordeal was professional and I felt that they were truly trying their best to help solve the problem as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.

    Service call on intermittent furnace

    The Atlascare from call to in-home visit was very good. Pleasant people from beginning to end. Special shout-out to our man Nimo, who was polite, engaging and solved our furnace problem quickly and efficiently. This company will be our go to repair company from now on!

    Furnace installation and duct cleaning

    Our furnace was 15 years old and we never had a problem until 2 months ago when we came home to a cold house - twice. In both cases, we contacted Atlascare to repair the problems. Both Atlascare repairmen were prompt, knowledgable, and professional and had the furnace working again quickly. Those breakdowns and the age of our furnace prompted us to finally replace it. It was our experience with the Atlascare repairmen, Dag and Randy, which encouraged us to call Atlascare to replace our furnace. Jeff came to our house at a convenient time for us, and worked with us to find the best solution for our new furnace installation. We also wanted to get our ducts cleaned and we were pleased to find Atlascare could provide all the services together. Our Atlascare installers, Gary and Ray, arrived promptly and worked quickly and professionally. The venting proved to be challenging in our house, but the team worked well to find the best solution for us. In the end, we had a fully functional high efficiency furnace and a clean home. The next day, our Atlascare duct cleaners, Ardi and Brandon, carefully explained the process, performed the cleaning, cleaned up before they left. Our experience with all the Atlascare staff, from those on the phone to each of the courteous professionals that came to our house, demonstrated to us these people truly care about their customers. We will use their services again and recommend them to others.

    Furnace maintenance

    I have been using Atlascare for over 10 years, for all our air conditioning and furnace needs. They are always prompt, friendly, clean and reliable. Gurmeet in particular has been extremely helpful. Not only does he complete his work in a timely manner, but he is thorough and professional as well. Today he took the extra time to show me how to use my thermostat more effeciently and how to adjust the settings on my humidifier. Those extra tips and support really mean a lot. Thanks Gurmeet!

    Duct cleaning and dryer vent and central vac cleaning

    Thank you Ardi and Brandon for your excellent cleaning of our ducts, the dryer vent and the central vacuum. Our vacuum and dryer work much better again!!!     Installation of a new air conditioner and later a new furnace

    We were assisted by Rudy Hogeveen who made a thorough evaluation of the home and determined the needs for heating and air conditioning. He then made recommendations for the most efficient systems to intall. The existing A/C failed on a hot week day just before a hoilday weekend and Rudy arranged for installation on a Saturday of that weekend. Later in the fall when it was time to install the new furnace Rudy provided at least 4 separate quotes when alternate choices were requested. The quotes were provided very promptly, sometimes within a days time. Rudy always provided very straight forward and informed recommemdations based on his knowledge and experience. He did not provide a low quote just to make a sale. Rudy was detailed in his recommendations and was more than willing to answer questions and respond to your requests. Rudy is a very busy person and when you had to leave a message you could count on him to respond at his earliest possible opportunity. You knew he was not ignoring you. Rudy was a pleasure to work with and is a real asset for Atlascare.

    General Maintenance

    I have their annual maintenance plan and they are fantastic. They do a great job in keeping my a/c and furnace maintained and they come out quickly when I need work done.
