Gusmeet did a furnace check and general annual service quietly, quickly and neatly - exactly what I want. My only criticism is that although this is included in an inclusive service plan, I had to call and prompt the office that this had not yet been done this year; their excuse was a new computer system. The $1.00 cost is nonsense - a number is demanded, but this service is part of a plan, and it makes no sense to quote the plan cost, since it includes parts and labour in the event of a breakdown.

Our duct cleaning with Atlas went fairly well. It was done in the dead of summer though and it was extremely hot as they had to turn off the air conditioning. They also cleaned our dryer vent and we had to pay extra for that. I still can't get the vent to stay attached to the dryer ever since then; it comes off once every 5 cycles or so! Be sure to ask them to secure it tightly when they are done.

I recently had my furnace replace by Atlas Care. The salesperson was courteous and not pushy, the advice was solid, and the men who did the actual work were professional, well-mannered and left my house clean.

Nimo was punctual, introducted himself with proper ID, was in uniform, was very customer orientated, and respectful of our home. He was very knowledgeable and explained things at my level. He went above and beyond to arrange another appointment for us (rather than us having to call offices) and get quotes for other services. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used AtlasCare for over15 years. Their maintenance personnel have always done an excellent job. We have been completely satisfied with their work. We have had Jeff Horton a number of time and he has been excellent.

We have used AtlasCare since we moved into our house 16 years ago. We use them semi-annually for heating and cooling maintenance service, as well as, replacement of furnaces, air condition compressor units and installation of a central humidifier. Technicians have always been polite, pleasant and informative. Moreover, we have always been satisfied with their work. If you are looking for a reliable,expert heating and cooling company, we HIGHLY recommend AtlasCare.

Eric was very polite, pointed certain things to me that I should be aware of in the future and wrote it down for me. Left everything clean. To be honest with you, all the workers that have come to my house from Atlascare were all knowledgeable, efficient, polite and clean! Keep up the good work!

We have bought a new house in Markham in Feb, and took delivery in Nov. We browsed the web for duct cleaning service and found AtlasCare, which appears to be very solid and service are rather extensive. We sent an email for a quote, and response was immediate. We didn't even shop around and were at once awarding the business to AtlasCare. They came on the day as scheduled on time. Their people were polite, professional, and efficient. Job was completed smoothly within 2 hours. The guys even gave us some advice on the handling of ducts, and furnace filters. Thanks to the guys doing a great job. We shall sure be using their service on a regular basis. I would certainly recommend their service to my friends.

Couldn't get our gas fireplaces to turn on properly. Service person cleaned and serviced the on/off switches and they now worl fine. As always the service person was knowledgable and professional. Our serviceperson is Leo.

The Duct Cleaning guys were awesome - really did a great job and also noticed my dryer needed cleaning. The whole house is just humming now! The Furnace Service had challenges with teh humidifier ( again) and Nimo gave me some great suggestions and was so helpful.
