    Furnace Tune Up

    I recently had Atlas come out to my house for a furnace tune up. My sister recommended the company to me and I am glad she did! The technician (Jeff E) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and left me feeling confident about my choice. Great company!

    repaired furnace

    My husband had just come home from the hospital when we found the furnace had broken and it was a cold night. It was Friday and we phoned other companies we had dealt with in the past, no one wanted to come out until Monday morning as we had did have a contract with them. But Atlas Care came out and repaired our furnace within 2 hours. Job well done thank you. Service man was excellent, would highly recommend them to others.

    New furnace + ongoing service

    We shopped around for a new furnace and honestly, the people at Atlas stood out from the rest of the competition. I am very particular about customer service and quality and to date, every single individual I have dealt with at Atlas have been extremely professonal - they are well- educated, articulate and service-oriented. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new furnace. We purchased over 3 years ago and even the service people who clean our furnace annually are friendly, professional and articulate. They have a knack for hiring top quality professionals. Well worth the price.

    Servicing house's two furnaces and air conditioners

    I wanted to submit some very positive feedback about a service call that I had to make today. I came home at lunch and found that our basement furnace was not firing up, even though it was working the night before. I called into the AtlasCare (with whom I have a service plan for my two furnaces and air conditioners) office and they were able to send my favourite technician, Ray, over right away. Within 2 hours of discovering the problem, Ray had fixed the transformer in the furnace. While I never wish for anything to go wrong, it is great to know that Atlas is there for me and my family.

    Duct cleaning

    When the duct cleaning provider we had originally booked with did not show up two days before our furnace installation, we called Atlas Care and asked for a next-day service. Atlas called their crew guys (that were going to be on their day-off) and booked them for us, while we were waiting on the phone. Ours was a 7 pm call, and Atlas' crew arrived for the duct cleaning at 8:00 am the very next morning. They were punctual, corteous, tidy, and thorough. We are very grateful of their amazing response and professional attitude. The quality of their work was also excellent. Thanks Atlas !!

    furnace and ac maintenance

    We inherited a furnace and ac system installed and maintained by Atlascare when we bought our home. The company has been consistently conscientious and helpful to us. They remind us when it is time for a maintenance call, and they remind us again when we forget to book one. They are honest, and thorough in their work. The technicians we have met are a pleasure to welcome into our house.

    Furnace/AC Inspection and Cleaning

    I am ready to sell my house! To market it requires that the potential buyer know straight up about the condition of the furnace and central air. I was very concerned that the units would require major repair or even replacement (the AC had not worked for about 5 years). Jeff H. came to the appointment on time, wore his protective booties around the house so as not to bring snow in and spent time with me discussing all my options and answering my quesitons. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and gave me a very good impression of AtlasCare. What's more, he provided me with peace of mind! Thank you for the exceptional service visit!

    Furnace Inspection

    I have been paying for Maintenance care with Direct Energy for many years. I am about to sell my home so I scheduled my annual maintence call to ensure all was okay - I did not tell the Service Tech that I was selling - He called me down to show me the beginning of a crack in the heat exchanger and although he did not shut me down he said I needed a new furnace asap and provided me with the card for one of their sales reps. I thought now what to do. I mentioned this to my Real Estate Agent and they recommended I call AtlasCare for a second opinion and if I needed a new furnace they would help me out much better than DE. I talked to Steve Youdowitch who suggested we get the tech to check my furnace first and then go from there. Nimo arrived the same day and I explained I wanted a second opionion. Nimo thoroughly checked the furnace, going back many times to be sure he wasn't missing anything but the end result was he could not find any markings resembling what could be a possible crack. He assured me that it would not be leaking any carbon dioxide but as the furnace was 15 years old it should probably be replace in the next 3-5 years. I was so relived as I had not slept well since learning of the possible crack. Nimo was extremely calming and reassuring which I really appreciated. Thank you for your extraordinary service!!!!

    My furnace broke down & Paul G was on time & greatly appreciated.also atlas as a company is outstanding. I think the should give Paul G. a raise or stock options in the company
