Jamie was very professional and friendly. Helped me out with all of my queries. Left us with a good sense of ease regarding the functionality and safety if our HVAC system. We'll definitely use AtlasCare again.

The high efficiency Furnace installation and follow up service was done with the utmost courtesy,cleanliness and professionalism. The key to AtlasCare's success is it attention to detail and it its religious commitment to the highest quality service. I cannot recommend AtlastCare more highly.

The customer service and management at Atlas Care is exceptional. We cannot recommend them enough. The technicians and duct cleaning service exceeded expectations. They spent several hours cleaning all of our vents and duct work.

Most furnaces underpeform due to poor installation. Steven Deesho, lead installer, and Nicholas Pacheco did a FIRST RATE job - FIVE STARS. EXTREMELY clean and efficient install, including de-install of old unit, and re-run of all piping due to yet another ridiculous code change. (Sorry, but these codes all seem so frivolous and wasteful to me. And, yes, I understand the physics.) Very respectful of my environment, taking great pains to make sure nothing was impacted by their work. Five hours, start to finish, with cleanup. Top notch.

I had an excellent experience with AtlasCare. They were true end to end professionals, starting with a warm and knowledgeable call centre, to the sales representative who provided a through in home inspection of our HVAC issues through to the final installation team. Our sales representative, Margaret, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various options and did not try to upsell us at any point. I sincerely appreciated her honesty compared with other estimates we received and it was ultimately her that won us over! The installers were polite, thorough and went above and beyond to ensure our furnace was installed properly and they even thought through repositioning it in the basement to make the filters more easily accessible compared with the prior positioning. Overall, we felt like AtlasCare genuinely valued their customer and were working to build a long term relationship versus a single sale. We would absolutely recommend their services to others.

I purchase a new hot water tank from AtlasCare last year with 5 year part warranty but this year it was not working properly I contact them to come and see what's the matter with it, they charge for diagnosing for which they said it will be free for 5 years but still I pay for it then accept changing its required part their technician was suggesting me to buy the other hot water tank I didn't respond them anything but I also contact other companies for their suggestion they send their technicians he replace the part and clear me all the fault regarding my hot water tank. very disappointed from AtlasCare company.

We had a furnace failure which it was only blowing cold air, so we contacted few companies but AtlasCare was quickest in responding. A technician came on the same day, analyzed and repaired our unit in timely manner. We have a high velocity HVAC which we later found out other companies we contacted did not know how to fix or service anyways. We are very happy with the service provided by Atlascare, and will continue to work with them!

We have a long and satisfactory relationship with AtlasCare Oakville. Over the years we have purchased a new furnace, AC and water heater from them and have used their regular furnace and AC maintenance program. Every interaction with AtlasCare staff has been polite, professional and friendly. We have appreciated their advice and quick response when needed.

AtlasCare came in for an inspection of our HVAC as one of our vents was not working. They diagnosed the issue and we have a viable solution. They were efficient and solution oriented. Four other companies refused to come and tackle this problem. Thank you AtlasCare for your help

My 8 month old tankless water heater suddenly was giving only luke warm water.AtlasCare had a technician come same day. He determined it was a house tap problem & had a plumber from Bosco come next day.He checked out everything & suggested an auxiliary tank should be connected.The next day an Atlas technical salesman came to quote on auxciliary tank that I refused as was certain it was a heater problem--dead wrong. Atlas supervisor came and in a few minutes determined it was definitely a house tap problem. Bosco then sent another technician who determined it was a mixer valve on my walk in tub same as first Atlas technician. Bosco technician did an outstanding job and successively fixed problem and we now have hot water again. I would highly recommend the outstanding technicians from Atlascare and Bosco plumbing who are part of the Atlas care team. If I could give an above 10 rating they would get on from me.
