Professional and courteous crew, excellent and thorough job of duct cleaning. I would recommend to anyone looking for a thorough cleaning of their hvac ducts. They even sprayed it with antibacterial solution.

Annual maintenance + a switch that needed to be replaced. Friendly, helpful service as you can always expect from the team at AtlasCare. Definitely has been worthwhile to be on the maintenance plan. Great use of technology as well to notify you by email when the technician is on the way

Cody arrived on time as promised and immediately identified the problem. In addition, he carried out a thorough inspection of other areas that may be affected. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient. The leak which had caused a pretty good deal of damage was identified and corrected quickly and neatly! We would request Cody going forward. Excellent service.

The technician was very thorough and helpful in explaining the workings and issues of my furnace and heating system. He also advised me on general questions I had about air conditioning alterntives. Indeed he is a credit to Atlas care.

I had arranged an assessment/sales call with AtlasCare to repair or replace my furnace. Justin P arrived promptly, and was courteous and helpful. He took the time to fully understand the situation, and explain clearly the rationale behind his recommendations. Other companies quoting only gave me a few brand names and approximate price ranges without particular detail as to how the features of each may benefit me - I had to contact them throughout the process to ask follow-up questions as I learned more about what questions I needed to be asking. Ultimately, although this was the most expensive quote, I feel most confident in the furnace selected based on the time spent understanding our home and our needs.

Love that I received prior notification of visit. Johnson arrived promptly. He was polite and efficient and conducted tune up in a timely manner. He went over the results with me thoroughly. Merry Christmas and all the best in 2020 to all at AtlasCare!

Atlas carried out furnace maintenance in a very competent manner with attention to detail. Technician was very pleasant and conscientious and left our premises very neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

He suggested a plan for us which we decided to accept and were quite pleased when he told us the $87 charge was waived because we are now on a monthy plan.
