Best service!! I called at 8am when they opened and Anthony was here by 10! Unfortunately the system was frozen and they had to wait 24 hours to do a leak test. Stephanie was here by 10 the next day and found a part that had to be replaced. The part was ordered and replaced two days later by Jose! Great hardworking service people! My house is finally nice and cool! AND it was all under warranty! Love Atlascare!

We had a new AC system installed by Atlas three years ago. From the initial contact to the ongoing maintenance, they've been incredibly responsive, courteous, efficient and professional. We recently had an issue related to access to our AC unit. The contractor they recommended was equally excellent on every count. Strongly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the service men Venecio and Jamie. They were very fast and neat. They explained everything to us. We have used this company for many years. Great service.

We have been a customer of AtlasCare for over 30 years and have always been pleased with their services. Recently, we had to replace our air conditioning unit. Jeff, their sales representative presented us with a number of options and recommendations. The installation was completed by Adam and Paul. At the outset, they explained to us aspects of the installation and the reasons for their decisions. Both of these gentlemen were very courteous and helpful throughout the day. Every year the AtlasCare technicians ensure that our heating and cooling needs are well looked after. Highly recommended!

AtlasCare was one of several suppliers that quoted on this work. The salesperson, Fraser Hillis took the time to understand our current installation and challenges we were facing with inconsistent heating and cooling. He proposed equipment, ( Lennox AC unit and Ecobee thermostat with remote sensors). He explained how/why he had chosen this equipment and why it would be effective. The installation team was excellent. (Ryan/Jason/John). They worked carefully and neatly, were knowledgeable and helpful when we asked questions, and were upbeat as they went about the job. When they finished they went through the work they had done, pointing out the improvements they had made. They explained the operation and features of the A/C unit, gave us a hands-on tutorial on the thermostat, and provided valuable information on maintenance and warranty coverage. I would highly recommend AtlasCare and this team to others.

From Scheduling my appointment to acurrating explaning arrive time and lenght of time the cleaning would take, all AtlasCare staff were very pleasant and professional!! Matt & Brandon were very respectful of my home and did a great job cleaning my air ducts! Their equipment they used was of the latest technology, assuring clean and sanitised ductwork through out our home! I would recommend AtlasCare to all my friends and family! Thanks, Joe. B. As a long time customer of Atlascare I would like to thank them and their technician Paul Chattarpaul for servicing, maintaining and replacing as needed my heating and cooling equipment. Paul is a knowledgeable and very experienced member of the team. I would highly recommend them for all heating and cooling needs.

Anthony arrived on time. Introduced himself, became familiar with the installation, completed his inspection and provided a written and verbal report. He was polite, efficient and upheld the high expectations that we have grown to respect with Atlascare.

Our AC wasn't working and I contacted Atlascare for the diagnosis. Kyle H. arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. Kyle explained every step that he was going to do to find the root cause of the AC issue. He went over and beyond my expectations and even went out to buy a fuse. It was also very easy to contact him, email or call - whatever I preferred worked out.

Anthony (Y540) came to service my AC Space Pak. This was his first visit to service my unit. He was very knowledgeable and new exactly what to do. After servicing Anthony explained in detail the work that was performed. I was very pleased with Anthony's work and would recommend him and definitely AtlasCare.
