AtlasCare is a well run, efficient firm. They offer good HVAC service and maintenance care. Service Techs are polite and knowledgeable. While not a low cost provider, they provide a high standard of service.

Stephanie HVAC technician I would highly recommend her and also Alex from head office. Great and professional service. Very happy with my heating system. Recent visit only for seasonal maintenance.

Alex did a great job servicing our furnace. He detected issues that we didn't know we had and took the time to set up our new Ecobee. He recommended new parts, ie., humidifier, but didn't push it which is a nice change for a service organization.

Yesterday, a serious problem with my 9-year old furnace surfaced. An evaluation showed a new furnace was the necessary solution. Time was a serious constraint for me and within 30 hours, a new furnace was installed. I've been an Atlas customer for 9 years. Their service is courteous, professional and prompt.

2 days ago, I have a problem with my furnace located in attic, I called Atlascare, and very soon the service technician come to my home. I really appreciate the good service, one call can solve this problem.

I have had an annual contract with Atlas to tune up my furnace/air conditioner for 17 years. They remind me when it needs to be done and always show up on time for the appointment, My 17 year old furnace in still in excellent condition because they have maintained it so well. The service people are very polite and keep my home clean. I highly recommend this service by Atlas.

From sales to installation we were very satisfied with the process, the service, and the technicians. The Sales Rep provided helpful suggestions to remediate some installation challenges that we experienced. Only one small concern surfaced post installation. One of the connections (elbow to pipe) on the furnace was inadvertently not glued and subsequently dripped condensation onto the furnace. This required an additional service call to rectify. The Technicians were extremely polite, respectful and very careful when removing the old HW tank and furnace, ensuring no damage to floors or walls.

The service team came in and did a thorough job of cleaning the ducts in our home. They showed pictures of ducts before and after cleaning to verify work was complete. The previous company who cleaned ductsonly did half the ducts as there were no cut outs on the return ducts. Thank you.

Very happy with the service provided by Atlas Care. Abdel and Steven were very professional and courteous. We have used Atlas before for our furnace heating and cooling and have always been pleased with the technicians. We have a pet cat so there was quite a lot of fur that was trapped in the ducts. The air felt cleaner as soon as they finished. A must do for people with allergies or asthma.

This was the first time I have used AtlasCare for duct cleaning. I have been a customer of this company for several years . They installed a furnace and air conditioner and I have a service contract with them for annual maintenance. They did an excellent job with the duct cleaning. The team of Ricardo, Abdel and Joo Young worked really well together . They were professional and paid attention to detail. In all the years I have dealt with Atlas I have always found their technicians to be well trained and the level of service has always been excellent. They provided the same high level of service with the duct cleaning and I highly recommend this company.
