Tedros and Joshua were polite and patient. They arrived on time. They answered many questions I had and worked well together. They were done in a reasonable amount of time and took care to leave no garbage etc. behind. They were personable and pleasant to deal with.

Very professional and helpful service person, punctual. I had a few minor repairs that needed to be done around the home and the service man was very willing to do the other jobs without hesitation. The salesperson also wasn't pushy. I was given several options re: types of furnaces to purchase based on my needs. Both salesperson and serviceman were courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their business and their service again. Very happy. LS

I have used AtlasCare for 3 years. They undid the mess another company left of a new furnace install. Chris Williams completed the work professionally and efficiently. I will continue to use AtlasCare in the future.

Ricardo & Garrett arrived right on time. They we're very friendly and informative as to what would happen. Initially we had a $100 discrepancy regarding the proposed service ( I was twice quoted the incorrect lower price by Atlas customer service). Ricardo apologized and sorted out the matter to my benefit with head office. Both individuals were very thorough, & respectful of our home. The did a great job. Atlas Care is my "go to" company for all HVAC, etc. needs. I have never had anything but a great experience dealing with them.

The team of Deshawn, Abdel and Ricardo were on time, friendly and quick. Their equipment worked beautifully and they explained what they were doing each step of the way. They were also happy to provide before and after pictures of their work, and were a pleasure to have in our home. AtlasCare charges more than your average duct cleaner, but you get more as part of the service, and you also get the peace of mind knowing that you have professionals in your home that will do a great job. Great team, guys, and thanks for the great work!

The technician Alex B was on time, courtesy, explained things well and answered my questions. I have had this service for many years and have been always happy with their service from the booking staff to the technicians.

I have been a customer on the Atlascare optimum Plus plan for a few years. Discovered water damage during annual tune up. Less than 24 hrs later had a consult to replace the entire system and 48 hours later had a team here working to install new A.C., Furnace etc. Excellent work, service, technical know how..always professional from the people at head office to the guys on the ground. Definitely recommend.

We bought a 25 yr old house that had the original furnace and AC, so we figured we'd replace them both at once. Our sales guy, Dave was very thorough in explaining all options available and how each thing worked differently. Best, they came and did the job right away and were in and out in one day. We decided to get the ducts cleaned as well, and when they first got here they advised against it as we were still renovating. They could have taken our money and not said a word, but instead they rescheduled. Steven and deshawn were very friendly and efficient. They showed me all the gunk that was built up in the ducts and the after images were sparkling clean. I definitely will keep using these guys going forward.

I am very satisfied with every aspect of the work done by AtlasCare. The receptionist's response to my initial enquiry was courteous and prompt. Jeff's professionalism in specifying the new system, proposal preparation and answering my questions was appreciated. The fellow that conducted the pre-job inspection to verify dimensions and the three installers were courteous, well attired, and efficient in completing their work and briefing me on the operation of the system. The new system was specified, exceeding my expectations in terms of indoor and outdoor noise.

Abdel and Steven did a great job, explained everything very clearly, and offered good advice about dryer vent cleaning. They also kept everything very clean. I would recommend their service to anyone.
