    Water heater replacement

    Old water heater--a month past 10-yr warranty with another company--was leaking. Todd came over in a couple of hours and explained options and arranged for crew, Devon & Garrett, to remove old heater and install new one. D&G were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. They took great care not to damage drywall or spill water from the old heater as it was carried out. Great work, and I couldn't be happier with all concerned.

    Parts

    A TOP service review on Buttons Heating Purchased a new ductless split during pandemic and dealt with a company who had a new 2020 unit available in 2021not who I would have normally dealt with but during the time when even drywall was hard to get. The printed circuit on exterior unit was fried 2 weeks ago in the BIG lightning storm. I contacted Buttons as they had been my HVAC partner in previous home and they had in April become an authorized dealer for my current brandyay lucky! ButManufacturer sold unit 1 1/2 years ago now saying no longer parts availablehave to replace exterior unit and customer pay labour of $1100. No nodont sell product if you arent keeping parts available for at least warranty period. Buttons advocated for client and we came to a just compromise. Thank you Buttons! Super customer service a true test of service is when bad things happenButtons excelled! Solid top drawer 10!

    Knowledgable and friendly service

    My furnace started leaking in the middle of the night and Andrew came to the rescue! He prompted diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He also took the time to explain things to me. There were some residual water that was coming out after Andrew left but he was available to answer my questions even though he has a shift at 6am the next morning. Thank you!

    New AC

    We needed our AC unit replaced in the summer of 2021 as the old unit died. After calling multiple places we finally called buttons. Spoke with Todd - he was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We didn't go with the cookie cutter solution most companies were proposing and we ended up going with a bit of a higher end model. 2 years later we are still very happy. The install process was great, the tech took the time to go over everything. We choose to do the annual maintenance package for the AC unit and our furnace (which was installed by another company by the prior owner). My only complaint is that I wish the furnace and AC unit could be serviced at different times of the year under the annual maintenance plan and not on the same visit which is a minor thing.

    Furnace

    Tom was the tech guy! Knowledgeable, professional and honest. He explained through the repair process and showed what was wrong and also informed I was under warranty. He also explained about the preventative maintenance package clearly. I have been with buttons for almost 11 years! Honest company!

    Furnace maintenance

    Botton"s Service is Top Notch

    Furnace service person was on time, very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Maintenance was completed expertly and completely. Price was reasonable. Will continue to use them in the future.

    Excellent service & install

    Our furnace started acting up and Buttons was able to schedule a service appointment for the next day. They identified the issue and provided a cost estimate but given the furnace and hvac were well beyond their service life we decide to go w a new unit. Todd walked us through the options without any pressure and the installers and technicians were great, installing a new unit the next week. I would highly recommend Buttons for any HVAC work.
