    Servicing a malfunctioning furnace

    My furnace was malfunctioning and turning off/restarting regularly. The issue was quickly diagnosed as an overheating issue, and within 30 mins the system was back up and running! (Note: this was a servicing under warranty)

    Spring PM

    Thomas was very professional, he did a yearly PM on my furnace and Tankless Water heater, He was very thorough.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Had the furnace cleaned, I have used them for installation of the furnace and all maintenance. They are always on time, efficient and pleasant, get the job done well. No complaints.

    New HVAC Installation

    In late August 2022, I scheduled an appointment with Buttons to discuss replacing the old furnace and air conditioner in my house. Todd came over and was very generous with his time in explaining the various options available to me and answering all my questions. He was meticulous in taking a thorough set of measurements in the basement to ensure a proper installation. On 06-Sep-2022, a 3-man HVAC team from Buttons arrived at the house and had the installation completed in 6.5 hours. I was impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, efficiency and the care taken to maintain the cleanliness of the house (work mats laid out on the floor, booties worn over the footwear, old equipment and packaging removed, work area vacuumed). As requested, the documentation for the new HVAC system was given to me. I also received instruction on the operation of the smart thermostat. During some warmer weather in September, the new air conditioner did a terrific job keeping the house cool with very tight control around the thermostat setpoint. During the colder weather in October, November and now into December, the furnace has been doing a superb job of keeping the household temperature very close to the thermostat setpoint. There have been no wide temperature swings as occurred when using the old furnace. Overall, I am very happy with the new system and with the proficiency of the Buttons team.

    Furnace

    HVAC cleaning

    Today Buttons sent someone over to clean our HVAC system and replace our old filter. Prior to that Buttons have changed our old AC and replaced with the new one in summer this year. Today, for hvac cleaning, the service man was Andrew; he called me 15 mins prior to his arrival which I really appreciated. He took time to explain everything to me regarding the HVAC system - changed the settings in my thermostat device so that we have better air flow in our house, he took time for a thorough check up. He also shared information about some of the most advanced air filtration system that we can install in our hvac system for cleaner, fresher air. So far we are quite satisfied with their service and I won't hesitate to recommend Buttons to anyone for any HVAC related services.

    Furnace repair

    Furnace was blowing cold air only. Needs new pipe as something is blocking the venting pipe.
