The team did a great job with the installation. They were always courteous and professional. They did a lot of little things that I did not expect and they did not have to do, so they went above and beyond. They were easy to talk to and answered my many questions. Thanks guys!

My furnace / AC system was nearing 14 years, it was showing its age, especially in summer, when we received guests pre-Covid, it was unable to cope with high humidity, and the temperatures in the house would rise. A friend recommended Button's, and I saw them installing his furnace then doing some additional work at his place. After their sales rep visited me and we agreed on the unit, they came early, they worked very efficiently, the old system was picked up within the hour after it was dismantled, the three men that came must have been working together for a while, they complemented each other's task, no arguments, no disagreement, and all of them were extremelycourteous. They worked very hard and when they were done, the new furnace was working flawlessly, every house properly affixed to the ground.

The company set up a maintenance call re end of my 10 year warranty on my air and furnace to ensure all was running properly. Being as I didn't initiate the call it was really appreciated and reinforced my view of the company as customer oriented. It hasn't changed in 10 years.

Pat was our technician. He was well informed, thorough in his maintenance assessment and had a great personality. I would highly recommend Button's heating and air conditioning. Par explained everything and we are completely satisfied. Price includes yearly contract for both heating and air conditioning.

Todd give ma a quote for Ameristar 2 stage Furnace installation was good, thou i noticed that they re use half of black pipe inside the house and they put white pipe outside not sure if it is with in code. My furnace was installed 2016 no issues till last March 19, 2021 it did not heat up fan is running but not heating, called Buttons and told me that labor warranty is done so i need to pay for diagnostic and repair, Jeff technician showed up on the agreed date and found out that High pressure switch is stuck open he was able to fix but he told me it should be replaced and it is not covered by 10 warranty and give me a $327 + HST reason was the contact was corroded due to a leak from the AC evaporator. I dont know what to say i expect them to cover it, they even suggest to replace my AC and I ask Todd to come and give me a quote but lost trust in them so did not buy the AC from them.

This was my third installation with Button’s. In 2006 I’ve replaced furnace, three years ago air conditioner unit, and now it was the time to refresh the furnace and water tank. Great experience starting with sales and through the installation - crew arrived on time, protected floors, did an excellent installation and cleaned up after themselves when they finished. At the end they’ve walked me through the key items I needed to be aware of as the owner. Highly recommend Button’s.

Gary was our service technician today. He called before his arrival and arrived promptly on time wearing appropriate PPE and socially distancing at all times. My husband, the eternal learner, shadowed him throughout his work and Gary was very professional, patient, and pleasant to speak with, answering all questions knowledgeably. I myself was very impressed not only with his thorough service but for being very mindful of our young kids who were constantly being drawn to this new activity in their house. All in all, Gary is an excellent representative for Button's Heating and Air Conditioning. Definitely recommended. Thank you Gary for your service.

we found that all the staff,from the owner,to the installers were very professional,efficient,and knowledgeable regarding our needs. Todd,the owner,dealt with us in person.His company installed a new furnace as well as a new air conditioner. The installers were professional,efficient and neat.they ensured that any/all questions we had were answered to our satisfaction.Recently, we contacted Button heating for maintenance for our furnace.The two technicians,Adan and Jeff,called ahead, confirmed,followed all protocols,while still managing to be efficient and helpful.It is very rare these days,to find businesses that are professional and personable. We also had a consult appointment with Todd,regarding another product that we were interested in.He not only took the time to discuss the product but also did not attempt to sell us something that we didn't need.we have booked an upcoming appointment for preventative maintenance for our air conditioner.When a company does good business and through it's staff provides good care,it makes sense to give that company repeat business.This company appears to have a good work ethic throughout,which can only relate to happy customers.I would highly recommend this company to any and all.

I got quite a few quotes and most companies were similar ballpark on the price point however Buttons was really thorough in their estimate so that I could feel comfortable knowing there were not going to be surprise bills. I appreciated their honesty in recommendations, quick and flexible response time, the work itself was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves, something homeowners appreciate but maybe don't always see!!
