    NAVIEN broiler intalled

    The broiler starts leaking after 5 years and had to be replaced. I had to pay for the labor /installation of a"New" unit $800+. After 2 years "new" unit had to be repaired and I was told the unit is 10 years old model. What a service! Replacing the broken broiler with 10 years old one...

    Furnace maintenance and thermostat install

    Had furnace maintenance done and a new thermostat installed. The technician was prompt and courteous and answered all of my questions. I previously had a water heater installed by Buttons and was very satisfied with the price and the work

    Water heater replacement

    Our water heater sprang a leak just before the weekend. Additionally, the cold water intake shutoff was leaking so we had to turn off all the water to the house. We were unable to get in touch with our previous service provider, and called Button’s heating on a Saturday morning. We were able to reach them immediately, and by Saturday afternoon, Todd had come over, assessed the situation and provided us with a quote. He returned on Sunday morning with a new tank, new copper piping, and a helper, and by 1:00 pm, all the work, including better-than-expected cleanup, was completed. We give them top marks for responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency.

    Exceptional Care and Service! (New Air Conditioner)

    Such a great experience! -- On a Friday night, In the middle of a heat wave.... and just as we were returning home after months away, our air conditioner decided it was done! -- SALES MANAGER, NIGEL CHARLTON, on a Friday night, (when he would normally be done work), took down all our information and arranged everything for us !! -- New air conditioner, installment date, and a top notch professional crew !! So impressed with the care and service from this group... Nigel and his team were prompt, informative, professional, and helpful beyond belief!!.. Our new air conditioning unit was installed within days, is working very well... and it looks fantastic !!! I highly recommend Nigel Charlton and his team... They clearly take great care and pride in the work they do!! Thank you to Nigel and all who helped us out at such a challenging time ... We will continue to share your names and appreciate the great experience !!

    Very Pleased

    After an unexpected issue with my furnace late last week and a visit from Todd last Sunday (during Family Day weekend - I'm so sorry to have taken you away from your family), I decided to purchase a new two stage furnace and, at the same time, get rid of my rental water heater. Yesterday, both were installed. As promised, the installation crew were thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and left my home/basement very clean. The drop cloths were a nice touch. I had expected the job would take most of the day, but was very pleasantly surprised when it was finished early afternoon. My initial observations are that the furnace is quieter than my old one and the temperature does seem to be more consistent throughout my home. I'm thinking I might actually be able to set the thermostat a degree or two lower...... Overall, I am very satisfied.

    Excellent Service, Todd & Penny! As always.

    We purchased our two-stage Trane Furnace from Button Heating 1-year ago. The furnace is working wonderfully and just had our yearly cleaning with Button. Todd and Penny were very fast to address my questions and were prompt to follow-up.     Heating

    When we realized the furnace was not working, we called Button's heating and air conditioning. I had heard great things about the company and eventhough it was Sunday morning, a serviceman, who lives in our neighborhood, came over to check it out. He was very friendly and ended up fixing the problem quickly, which was wonderful! He had gone out to get some furnace filters and even brought us a tea and coffee since he was at Tim's!! Cannot say enough about how great of an experience we had today with Button's Heating and Air Conditioning! Would highly recommend to anyone who would like honest, friendly and efficient service! Always love to support local businesses. Thank you!!

    Gas stove disconnect/install

    Recent kitchen renovation and we had to replace our gas stove. Todd provided Fast, Friendly and Reliable service. Very happy with the service provided. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

    Furnace repair

    We were very pleased with every aspect of the work that was done by Button's Heating. They were very professional and polite. They arrived quickly and when they said they would and the repair was completed quickly. We would highly recommend their services to family and friends and would use their services again ourselves.
