From the moment that Todd showed up to quote us on a new furnace, my wife and i felt that Buttons was the company we where going to do business with. We were only thinking of getting a new furnace, but after going over our options we decided to replace both at once. Our furnace was 30 yrs old and the ac 15yrs, so after going over our options with Todd, we decided to go with the Daiken furnace and ac combo, not just for the price but the 12 yr warranty. Today was the day of our install, and right at the time we were told, Trevor, Scott and Markus arrived, and got right to work. First thing was protecting our wooden flooring and carpets with runners and then they got down to work. All through the rip out and new install, i had many questions and the guys took plenty of time to answer them and not give me the impression that i was bothering them. It was a long install but in the end i went down to see Scott and Markus cleaning up and Trevor putting the finishing touches on the install. ( my basement is now cleaner than when they arrived ) Once finished Trevor took me around and showed me the workings of the new furnace, ac, air filter and humidifier, once again taking the time to answer all my questions without rushing me even though he must have been dead tired. I would not hesitate to recommend Buttons to any friends and family for any Hvac work, a great experience from beginning to end. I used Buttons in January to remove and dispose of my old rental water heater and to install a new hot water heater (WITH 10 YEAR WARRANTY!). Was a no brainer and will save considerable money in the long run. Great service by Nigel and the installers. They even reconnected my humidifier to the hot water supply at no charge. After calling 3 different companies to come check out our gas pipelines I finally called Buttons and they sent Nik. Nik did an outstanding job on our gas pipes. He even lit up our water tank and furnace. Nice guy and professional.Answer from pro:

During a new furnace install my wife was informed that our air conditioning coil was damaged/leaking and “they didn’t know if it was them or it was already damaged” and we were told it would cost $700 to replace it and “it’s old anyways” ... well it was working fine and how could it get damaged no one had access to the coil inside the ductwork of the furnace and there were no signs of prior leakage in the surrounding areas and ductwork. After being loyal customers we are extremely disappointed by the way this is being handled.Answer from pro:

We initially interviewed 5 companies in order to decide which company to select for the installation. We selected Button for the job and had a number of questions for Todd about the advantages and possible disadvantages of Daikin vs Mitsubichi. Once we decided on the Daikin system they were able to install within a week. We were very impressed with Button Heating staff and the Daikin Air Source Heat Pump. The installation took one day and all the staff were friendly, informative and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend Button's Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.Answer from pro:

The Button's guys are always awesome; polite, fast, respectful of your home, and are frequently checking your understanding of the process to see if you have any questions. Consummate professionals. They've never priced themselves out of a job for me (the 3rd time I've used them), so I've never felt that I've had to pay more to get their level of service. Thanks again.Answer from pro:

We would definitely recommend using Buttons Heating to anyone! Todd was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with as he walked us through the furnace and air conditioning information. The crew arrived on time and were polite and clean. This company seems to really care about providing you with the best possible options and customer service. Very quick to respond when our furnace died. Excellent service - provided us with an assessment and options within minutes of our calling. Lended us space heaters to keep us cozy until the new furnace could be installed. Buttons is well known for their service, quality of work, and good value. We had a new furnace installed in the fall by a company other than Buttons Heating. There was a constant “dripping/popping” noise after the furnace ran and it was driving me crazy. The contractor who installed the furnace could not figure out the noise so I called Todd at Buttons Heating to take a look. Even though it was a super busy time for them, with people calling with no heat, they came and spent the time to assess the issue. He and John determined that the gas vent pipes were not installed correctly and needed to be rerouted. We chose to redo the water heater pipes also and install a new water heater at the same time. Trevor and his crew did a great job installing the new pipes and the noise is gone! I am so grateful, I can sleep again!! Todd came back and repaired our humidifier the next day also. Very sound service, I would recommend them wholeheartedly.Answer from pro:
