    New Air Conditioning

    Button's installed Air Conditioning in my new home in August 2017. They were very professional. They put runners down to protect the new floors and the techs did a really clean install. They also did a great job of cleaning up the areas they worked in when they were finished.

    Furnace repair.

    Thank God for Buttons. Over the extremely cold period the furnace stopped working consistently. After 3 service visits from a larger service provider the issue was incorrectly diagnosed and remained unresolved. With one call to Buttons, Todd gave us prompt attention and ensured the issue was fixed. Further he was very knowledgeable and provided some great recommendations. Thanks Again.

    Furnace & A/C install

    Amazing service & friendly staff. From the sales consultant to the install team, I could not be more happy with my experience with Button's Heating. The sales consultant Brian was a pleasure to work with, he met me promptly at my home and walked me threw every option available and explained all the questions I had. Great financing options available with an easy application process made the decision an easy one. The install team did an amazing job, no issues at all, they took care of everything. They were friendly, courteous and extremely tidy, no mess at all. I would recommend Button's to anyone looking to have HVAC work done!

    Button’s heating and air fixed my furnace

    On Boxing Day around 10pm my daughter put out a call for help in a Durham region group. Todd, from Button’s, tried to help her over text and when we were still having problems he came right over so that we wouldn’t be without heat for the night.

    Furnace Fix

    We hired Button's to install new central air and water heater in spring 2017, so it was a no brainer to call them when our furnace conked out in mid- December. Of course it was after hours so I anticipated a hefty charge....WRONG, they connected me with Jeff who over the phone after talking about what seemed to have happened was able to talk us through an easy temporary fix ( for free) but with the reminder that furnaces don't heal themselves so I should get it looked at properly the next day. No pressure for me to make appointment or even use them, but of course I knew I would. Called next day and Nick was there that afternoon. Nick like anyone we have had contact with at Button's was polite and honest. He could easily have told us any expensive problem but instead fixed our faulty flame sensor and also reset our frustrating programmable thermostat all for the cost of the serve call. Thanks to all at Button's we are so glad that we found you!

    Time To Replace The Builder Furnace

    After contacting 3 other HVAC companies to have my furnace replaced, I chose to go with Button's. Mitch came to our house and explained our options. We went with a Trane furnace and couldn't be happier. Installation was clean and efficient and the technicians took great care not to damage our floors. I have had Button's install a humidifier and fix my AC unit before. Their work is always bulletproof.

    Upgrading new furnace, new hot water tank, and new air-conditioner

    Buttons heating was efficient, and knowledgeable when installing our furnace, air-conditioner, and hot water tank. Employees are very nice, and respectful. Would definitely recommend Button’s Heating Inc.

    Furnace and Hot Water Tank Installation

    I met Todd from Button's Heating and he was very knowledgeable on what my needs were. If there was something he didn't know he investigated the issue and came up with answers to my questions. Nice man made me feel at easy and not overwhelmed. Three great installers Allan, Rich and Scott. They were extremely polite and showed up at eight on the dot and worked there buns off until the job was completed which was at 6. Even after a hard days work the installers sweepers the floors and tidied up leaving the place looking just like it was before they came. Thanks guys if was a pleasure meeting you all.     New furnace and AC

    I recently needed a new furnace and AC unit. I had hired Button's in the past and was pleased with their work, so I asked them for a quote. The agent arrived exactly on time. He provided a professional quote (not on the back of a napkin). He explained all of the details on the units available and the installation procedures. He answered all our questions and did not use high pressure sales tactics. The installation was done on time for exactly the amount quoted. The install crew was very pleasant and professional. They offered to take away an old water heater I had free of charge. Clearly, they know how to run a business. I would highly recommend Button's.

    New water heater

    Nothing is worse than getting Home to water in the basement. After finding the source of the water, we discovered our water heater tank was leaking. Never a good discovery. I had the pleasure of having Nigel pick up my call. What a great guy! He talk to me through my options and cut to the chase when he realized what my needs were. He was able to book a crew to come in and replace my water heater tank in under a week. He made sure that I was able to manage the leak to ensure no further damage to my basement. Like clockwork, John and his helper showed up on time, rolled out mats to ensure my floors would not get dirty and got to work. They were in and out in under two hours and did a great job keeping everything tidy and ensuring I understood the components of our new tank. I would strongly recommend buttons to anyone who requires any of the services they offer. Their prices are competitive and their work is top notch
