    Furnace repair

    we had no heat. Todd came after hours and spent as much time as was needed. He didn't leave till around 10 PM. We really appreciate him getting us up and running. Todd is a lifesaver! best James Watters

    Furnace service and replacement

    When our original furnace broke down during the first cold snap of the year Button’s Heating was quick to respond and ensure we were warm. Our new install was quick, convenient, clean and they made sure we were completely satisfied - even ran through programming. Having your furnace breakdown is more than inconvenient, the immediate service and attention we received to remedy the situation was above and beyond our expectations!

    Furnace and hot water tank installation

    We were completely satisfied with Button's Heating and Air conditioning services. Todd provided us with all the information that we needed to make an informed decision that met our needs and budget. Todd and Markus completed the installation efficiently and cleaned up when done. They were professional and polite during the entire process. We were also pleased that they looked after the disposal of the old equipment including returning the rental water tank . We will definitely recommend Button's to our family and friends.

    Water Heater & Furnace Upgrade + Thermostat Installation

    Purchased a new house a few months ago with both water heater and furnace requiring upgrades. I've reached out to a few contractors, but it was meeting with Todd that solidified my decision to go ahead with Button's. Todd was friendly and accommodating to all my questions (and my schedule). He wasn't pushy, giving me time to carefully think and make the purchase decision. Button's installers and servicemen are a pleasure to deal with as well. Great staff here and I highly recommend Button's services.

    Boiler + chimney liner + 10 years parts & labour warranty

    I want to thank Mark Wagler and his crew for doing such a great job with replacing our old Raypak boiler with a high efficiency IBC boiler. The entire job took 2 days which was as estimated by Mark. The crew was friendly and very helpful explaining the various parts of the new system. The area was left spotless - no cleanup was needed after they finished. I would definitely recommend Button's! BTW, the chimney liner was replaced because we still needed the chimney for our rental hot water tank.

    Hot Water Tank/Furnace/Air Conditioning

    Being a repeat customer, just a brief note to say thank you for great service and another great product. I truly appreciate your honesty when it comes to discussing all the options available and what fits our budget whether its towards the purchase of a new air conditioner, furnace or replacement of a hot water tank. Your team is always courteous; you've always communicated if there is a problem or issue or delay that might have arose throughout the process. Everything was done quickly and on time. Honesty, quality, good service, prompt service: fantastico!!!!

    Conversion from electric heat (baseboard heaters) to forced air gas including the design and installation of ductwork, furnace, air conditioner and new water tank.

    I was referred to Button's Heating by a friend about 2 years ago. I can't thank that friend enough! From the moment I met Todd Button at my previous residence for the installation of a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank, I was really impressed, assured and well informed of my options/choices. That install went smoothly and was painless! So a little over 2 months ago I moved into a home with electric baseboard heaters, and without hesitation, I knew I was going to call Todd Button once again to discuss the conversion from electric heat to gas. I can't say enough about Todd Button and Button's Heating. His/their level of commitment, service and quality of work have been above and beyond! From the moment Todd met with me for the second project, I felt very assured. From the planning and design, to the summary of work and a quote, until the end when after 2 weeks of work, the big project was completed. It included the design and installation of ductwork throughout the house and garage (including heating and return air flows), new furnace, new water tank and removal and disposal of old one, new air conditioner unit and new thermostat. When the city inspectors came for the inspection, Todd was there also to answer any questions and ease my mind! The installation staff was polite, knowledgeable, paid attention to detail and removed all debris and swept/cleaned up at the end the day and even rolled out the 'red carpet' everyday! :-) And they were very patient with my family and two overly exhuberant dogs. I highly recommend Todd and the Button's Heating team!!

    Water Heater

    Thank you Todd for the fabulous job you did replacing my water heater on such short notice. Although your current position is sales you are also capable of installing which was very helpful since you were able to walk me through the process of having it replaced. When I asked you to replace the water heater as quickly as possible you did the job yourself on a Sunday night. You performed the install in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend Button’s Heating Inc and call Todd again for any issues relating to heating and cooling. You definitely go above and beyond for your clients.
