    Furnace, A/C install

    I’ve waited approximately 2 years since install and can say we are completely pleased with our Daikin furnace and A/C. The install was painless and the service since then first rate. Would recommend them highly if you want professional efficient service.

    Furnace, A/C, Tankless Water Heater, Gas Fire & Service Contract

    After re-searching for a new furnace & A/C, I chose 'Daikin' and Button's was recommended by Daikin in my area. Nigel Charlton came to help me with my decision and after our installation in September 2016, I went back to Nigel for a tankless water heater in April 2017. Why? .........Exceptional service & Exceptional Installation Technicians. Now I have returned back to Button's & Nigel for a new gas fireplace & of course they are the only team I trust to service what I have invested into. Button's are Honest & Trustworthy and they will always be my go to company for all my home comforts. Finally, my natural gas & hydro costs are now a third of what I was paying prior to Button's installing the Furnace, A/C & Tankless Water Heater............"The Quality and Service Will Be Remembered Long After The Price Is Forgotten"

    Complex Project Completed By The Book

    Button's Heating level of service and quality of work have really impressed me and I felt very assured in their hands, from the day I've met with Todd Button for an overview of work and a quote, until the end when after five full days of work this very complex project was completed: new furnace in a new location in the crawl space, new DUCT work (heating and return air flows), new A/C unit in a new location, new humidifier, new condensation pump, new thermostat, new tank-less water heater, new furnace air filter. Throughout the planning, design, removal of old systems and execution, nothing was left to chance, John - crew's chief has overseen all details and executed on flawless holes in the brick for the vents, copper pipe adjustments, natural gas (tidy runs) and electrical. They asked questions and consulted with me timely, as certain stuff required my decision. Technical staff was super educated and polite and removed all debris and broom swept at the end of each day. A turn key solution, handed the house keys, left for work as I had the trust all will be done right.     Furnace and AC Install

    From the first time I called them to the follow up call, Button's has been amazing. They weren't the cheapest quote I received, but wow do you get your money's worth. Nigel was great in the office, and Todd in sales took care of every detail. He answered every question I had thoroughly and honestly, and always answered whenever I phoned (I have no idea if he even has voicemail). The two installers (sorry, I never got their names) were absolutely fantastic. Polite and professional, answered all my questions, and their attention to detail, quality of work, and work ethic was amazing. Even the little things, like protecting my carpets, sealing around the new lines, and sweeping up afterwards (even their patience with my overly enthusiastic golden retriever); you wouldn't have known they'd ever been in. Top notch quality and service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Air Conditioner and Gas Fireplace Cleaning

    Very professional company. Air Conditioner was installed approximately three years ago and has been trouble free. Gas fireplace was cleaned and serviced .The technician was extremely polite.     Air -Conditioner / Tankless Water Heater / Furnace

    My wife and I had been discussing getting a Tankless Water Heater for months now, so when our Air-Conditioner gave out last week, we called Todd at Button’s to go through our options on both. He was able to meet with us that evening and went through everything we had questions on …including the possibility of going with a new Furnace as well. Todd, very clearly explained the options we had with each unit and allowed us to make an informed decision. We pulled the trigger and Todd arranged to have the job done a day later. Installers, Mike and Justin were on our doorstep at 8:15am as promised and installed the Air-Conditioner, Tankless Water Heater and Furnace over the next day and a half. They were extremely professional, courteous and did a great job on the cleanup as well! They even took the time to walk through the whole system so that I was comfortable with how things worked before they left. We are very pleased with both the service and product and would recommend Button’s Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

    AC installation

    It was a pleasure giving my business to Button's Heating and Air conditioning . They have replaced my old AC with a brand new unit on Thursday Aug 17th,2017. I was impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. I recommend them to any body without any hesitation . I value their honesty and integrity. All the best. The Sales representative was Todd Button. The two installers were: Justin and Alan.

    Installed a hot water tank

    Quote was reasonable and work would be done in a couple of days. Mike and Mark arrived at the appointed time and began work. The rolled out a carpet to protect the floor. They removed the hot water tank and installed the new one in a couple of hours. They also had to change the black vent pipes to new code white pipes. They knew what they were doing and proceeded in a very professional manner. We asked questions about the new tank and they were able to answer all of them. Great service.

    Excellent service!

    This is the second time I've used Button's Heating to install an A/C unit in my house (in 2 different houses). Each time, service was excellent from Nigel, and he answered my many many (many) questions. Install on both houses was excellent. The most recent install was done by John. All levels of service has been excellent from sales to installation. Nigel is a man of his word, which I truly appreciate it. I would recommend Button's Heating to anyone looking for service. I even recommended them to a colleague who had recently used Button's to switch her house from Oil to Natural Gas.

    Air Conditioner Installation

    Our old AC unit finally gave up the ghost so I called Button's. Brian came over the next day to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and explained all of our options and helped us to make the right choice for our needs and budget. The work was scheduled within 10 days of signing the contract. The installers arrived right on time and went right to work. They were friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating. They even installed a new thermostat that I had purchased previously at no extra charge and replaced a burnt out fuse in our furnace. The work was completed in about 4 hours and everything was working flawlessly. I am beyond impressed. Thank you Button's Heating. I highly recommend them for all your heating/cooling needs.
