Had this service for years and Buttons has yet to disappoint. All their servicemen friendly and knowledgeable. Id recommend Buttons to anyone.

On a friends recommendation, I called Buttons Heating and Air for my gas dryer duct cleaning. They quoted me and then I mentioned needed a new cap for the outside. I sent them pictures of our setup and they gave several quotes depending on if we needed a new vent pipe too. They combined the cost of the jobs since they were coming out anyway. Katie the tech said the pipe was fine so they werent trying to upsell me. She tested everything inside and out for any leaks. I was so relieved that everything was up to par. So glad I used Buttons and that I have dependable and fair company to call in the future.

I use Buttons for my AC, heat and duct servicing. Fair price, thorough, and they dont do unnecessary work if its not needed.

Hot water tank gave up on Good Friday 2024. I had a quote from Buttons from 2022 and dug it up and called them asking for an updated quote the next day. Todd made a point to come and check things out even on the holiday so he can prepare things for Saturday if we chose to go with him. He is local and very responsive so we decided to go with them after all. Saturday morning rolled around and everything was said and done by afternoon. One day without water. Pleasant, clean, thorough,helpful, everything you would want from a person and company. We will use Buttons again for upcoming furnace and a/c. New tank is noticeably quicker and hotter. Worth the switch from big rental company. Thank you so much.

Buttons did excellent job on issue with my furnace . The technician Tom explained in detail problem with gas valve and did all follow up safety checks, could not be happier with service. This was are first service call to them since they installed are new furnace / ac 2 yrs ago. would recommend Buttons for any upgrade or service to your equipment Thanks Paul

Katie texted us before arrival to let us know she was on her way. She wore booties over her shoes. She was very courteous in entry and got right down to business. Katie had to replace a part in our furnace that was under warranty. She was very professional and I wouldnt hesitate to have her out again if needed

I cannot recommend Buttons Heating highly enough! Todd didn't hesitate to rush to our home after hours. His customer service made us feel like we were being taken care of by a friend, not just a customer. As for the installers, Chris, Noah, and Kylle, they were fantastic. They were great at their jobs, professional, clean, and thorough. It was clear that they take pride in their work, and they love what they do. Thanks again to Todd and the entire team at Buttons Heating for taking care of us like family!

I am a senior and my hot water tank was leaking all over the basement. I called Buttons and they handled it quickly and efficiently. All of the staff were pleasant, courteous and friendly to deal with!! Would use them again in the future!!
