Our furnace and water heater were at end of life. We also wanted to look into heat pumps to reduce our carbon footprint. We noticed that Enbridge has rebate programs that could save us money on the replacement of our HVAC systems. Buttons Heating was listed as an authorized contractor under Enbridges program and has excellent reviews on Homestars, so we contacted them about this work. Buttons responded promptly and came to our home to discuss our situation. Todd was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on what we wanted and Todd immediately registered us for the Enbridge rebate so that we wouldnt miss out. He scheduled a date for the work to occur anticipating that the completed job would take a day and a half. Todd did comprehensive measurements in our house to ensure his installation technicians would be prepared. The technicians arrived right on time on the date arranged and carried out their work in a highly courteous and professional manner. Todd put extra technicians on the job that day at our house and it was completed within the day, rather than inconvenience us with the additional half day. We are very pleased with the work completed by Buttons Heating and the highly professional approach we experienced with Todd and the Buttons team.

We are very happy with the service provide by Buttons Heating Inc. Within half a week of initially reaching out with our inquiry we had a representative come do a first consultation and had the humidifier installed. Both Todd and Katie were great to work with and thoroughly answered any questions we had. This was our second time having a service provided by Buttons Inc and continue to be satisfied with their work. Would definitely recommend.

Initial discussions with Button's heating were informative and productive. The price was a bit higher, but the Daikin equipment quoted was highly rated. The office called before the installation to confirm and the installers arrived on schedule and worked as a team to remove the old equipment, and then install the new furnace and heat pump simultaneously. The new equipment was then tested and fine tuned. The work was neat and the crew cleaned up afterwards. I was quite satisfied with the entire process.

We replaced our 20 year old gas furnace with a cold climate air source heat pump with back up gas furnace this past summer as part of the Canada Greener Homes Program and would highly recommend Buttons Heating and Air Conditioning! Jason was our main point of contact who came to measure and provide the quote. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about heat pumps and the Canada Greener Homes Program itself. Having previously worked as a technician himself, Jasons detailed explanations really put us at ease about making such a large financial decision. Having experienced the benefits of the heat pump in both the summer and winter, we couldnt be happier with our decision to choose Buttons. The temperature in the house is noticeably more even, the heat pump is much quieter than our old AC/furnace, and the smart thermostat is very user friendly. We cannot say enough good things about Buttons and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!

We have been using Buttons for over 20 years. We had our last furnace and air conditioner installed about 16 years ago and during our annual maintenance this year, they found a crack in the heat exchanger. Todd called us the next day and explained all our options. He was very professional and not pushy at all. He also explained all the rebates available through the government. We decided on a heat pump and new furnace as the rebates made this the best option. Nigel followed up and everything was handled very professionally. They were punctual, respectful, and left our home completely clean. I would recommend them highly.
